Have you ever ordered a hamburger and they forgot to include the hamburger, how about ordering a hot dog and they forgot to include the hot dog. Well we ordered the chow mein and they forgot to include the chow mein. The shrimp chowchow mein but neither of the dishes contained noodles. No soy sauce to go with the rice either.

Let me start off with saying I have been eating here at ling's express since 2014. When they first started they had excellent ingredients as well as quality ingredients and vegetables, noodles and rice. Since this last year everything has gone completely down hill. They have changed almost everything for the worse the last couple times I've gotten the orange chicken, chicken fried rice and some noodles it's watered down and not as fresh as it used to be. Very disappointing as I used to love eating here..

Disappointed with fried dumplings, barely fried and were oily. Lo mein noodles were over done, crab Rangoon was excellent ,well filled and fried up perfectly. Service was great very friendly, inside needs to be upgraded one table top was peeling apart on the surface... Very unappealing yuk.
If I ever go back it will be for the crab Rangoon only.

We have finally found good Chinese and Japanese food here in topeka....yasssssssss we're in love. Will definitely be back...we ordered the lunch specials general tso chicken and chicken lo mein and the chicken is soooo juicy

Saturated in MSG. Overpriced.
When we showed up 10 minutes after placing our oder, the girl at the counter took our money then told us they never put our order in. We waited and finally received old, luke warm chicken and rice.

My first time this day that I stopped at this restaurant. I ordered the combination fried rice. "It" was not what I was expecting what so ever!! My meal only had 3 shrimp, 3 pieces of chicken, I couldn't find any pork and 2 pieces of beef. No veggies and there was more white rice then brown. So that meal cost me $8.99 and $2.49 for the smallest egg roles that I've ever seen!!
I do believe in second chances, but I'm afraid to try this restaurant twice!!
Yes I am very disappointed. The only good thing about the whole experience was the drive thru lady. She was nice and a great smile. Plus she took pride with getting her nails done😉. She's the reason I giving this restaurant 2 stars...

Food portions were outstanding but typical of Asian carry-out. Food was packed to the edge of the container and was delish! Why 3 stars? Well.... I can't give anything more when you don't get my order right, especially if I don't alter the Food request. I ordered beef and broccoli, which was fine. But I also ordered hibachi beef AND chicken. It was my understanding that beef was part of the order and that it comes with mixed veggies. Idk if it was supposed to be like a sishkabob but I got no veggies. I got several skewers of chicken and it was good and kept my rating from being 2 stars. I mean, if you're going to short me my beef from a beef and chicken meal, the chicken had better be darn good! It was!
