The Sub and Protein Bowl were great! However, my reason for 1 star is the staff on Saturday May 14, 1:30 pm were rude! The worst customer service I have witnessed anywhere in my 62 years! No words can describe how rude these employees/kids were. I asked girl who took my money if there was a manager on duty? She gave a smirk of a smile and said no! I asked when then? She said tomorrow. I plan on calling manager.

has to be the single worst service i have ever had period. it took the 4 employees about 15 minutes to make my one sandwich. they did not even know their own ingredients, and they made me wait at the cash register for about 10 minutes because they were making other sandwhiches instead.

I used to work at this location and honestly the staff they have there right now is doing a great job. Anytime I come here, my order is made correctly, the employees are polite, the veggies are fresh and everything tastes incredible. Subway corporate sucks, so they’re doing a great job especially under such a terrible company

This place is messy with food, we had to correct our order twice. And when they finally got it right they were snippy and our sandwiches were covered in sauce all over the outside as well. Took us 30 minutes in the drive thru and then another 20 to correct our stuff

Made an order online and when I picked up the girl said she forgot one of the breads was different so she made them the same, so I said it was fine but when I got home both of the sandwiches were wrong with al kinds of ingredients I didn't ask for.

I order off of grubhub tonight for two sandwiches and my wife's sandwich was just fine but I open mine and first thing I noticed was everything I order wasn't on there but I still wanted to eat it so I took a bite of my sandwich and my whole sandwich was cold

Waited 30 mins. Saw sandwiches sitting already made for almost 15 minutes. Completely ignored us.

Well I've been in the drive thru for about 15 minutes with 3 cars ahead of me so I like to leave reviews while I wait in long lines. Let's start with the food.. its great I love me some subway but man the service lately has been terrible. I mean is it really that hard to make a sandwich. I'm not expecting any chickfila type of service but dang people how long does it take?? Hope they get it together because my wife has me getting her a sandwich all the time and I hate waiting more the 15 minutes in a drive thru..... Have a good day everyone.
