when I first walked into the store they had raw chicken next to cooked food zero stars is exactly what they deserve!!! they told me that I was hired on a Saturday into coming at nine and no one ever came in work I stay until 1030 freezing outside in the cold then I came in the next day and they had me waiting for 20 minutes to never talk to me so I called the whole week then they told me to come in the next Saturday at 11 when I came in the manager was very rude and disrespectful to me telling me that I didn’t finish my application and that I couldn’t work that day when the application only takes 10 minutes And when I told him that I already have finished it off of a different website he told me I did it it was being very rude to me and literally walked away from me when I was talking to him absolutely disgusting behavior

I just went thru the drive thru and ordered 3piece dark meat preferably 2 thighs & leg. The girl never asked if I wanted reg or crispy just if I wanted the meal, which I said no because I didn't need the drink. This came to $8.69 I was in a hurry so I didn't check what I received till I got home. I never got a receipt with my change (I figured it was in bag. It was not) What I got was 2 legs & the smallest thigh I've ever gotten. All of which was burned to the point of being so rubbery, I cannot even eat this. I will return this mess tomorrow when I have more time. Extremely disappointed and very irritated because now I don't have the time to even get something else to eat or return this mess. This is the reason I stopped purchasing for the longest time. Maybe I'll try a different location. Be careful too check your orders before you leave this location.

Maybe my timing was off or something but I originally intended on dining in and found the doors to be locked and noticed their sign said KFC drive thru so thought ohh maybe its drive thru only even though I clearly saw tables inside, so the car in front of me proceeds to order and go through and I waited well over 5 minutes at the speaker without being spoken to at all , being as patient and polite as possible asking if anyone was there, so proceeded to pull away to see the car behind me helped immediately. Could have been an off day but my experience was extremely unpleasant.

Went here to pick up 2 Uber Eats orders. They didn't have the orders labled. I asked them to label them so I could know which order went to the right customer. They literally refused so i couldn't complete my deliveries . So because of their laziness and incompetence my time was wasted and i couldn't do my job. Hope tge owner fires or at least demotes the manager for being so lazy and unprofessional.

My fiancé was in the hospital for a couple days last week due to getting SALMONELLA after eating a chicken sandwich from here. The health department has been notified. We’ve never had any issues with this location until now unfortunately. Absolutely will not be going back. If I could give zero stars, I would. Be careful!

For fast food and as for KFC... this was hands down the best yet. Wedges were piping hot fresh, classic bowl was steaming hot and coleslaw was made like it should be!! No picture of the Chicken little, although that was made to my liking with extra sauce and extra pickle. Great for a New Years resolution!! See you again in 6 months KFC!!
