Excellent waiter that we had enjoyed our later diner /chocolate run. Would recommend the chicken biscuits and the refill hot chocolates.

The food, service, and atmosphere were all great. They were very busy and handled it flawlessly. They even had a wonderful lady making balloon sculptures for the kids!. We will be back.

I rarely rate an IHOP good. This location was absolutely amazing. It is rush hour, super packed and everything was seamless. We were seated quickly. Greeted quickly, served hot food quickly. I was so impressed I had to tell the manager what a great job the entire team did. Plus it was clean and sanitized. I vote #1 IHOP for customer service, hot food and cleanliness.

Mr. Pedro was my waiter, and he did an excellent job. My family will most definitely visit this location again. The cheesecake waffles were amazing. 👍💯⭐️

This establishment was clean but surprisingly empty. We were seated quickly, and the food was good. The waitress who waited our table was friendly, personable, attentive, and provided quick service.
Needless to say, we had a good experience at this location.

Went on a Sunday morning after an early church service and it was extremely busy. Even though there were lots of people waiting, we were able to be seated as a party of 9 in less than 20 minutes. Very impressive. Service was great and the food was very good. Friendly staff!

We have Sunday breakfast at Sir James' IHOP weekly. Yes, our greeter sets the mood for us. He sees one of our cars and immediately begins to set our table with a smile as big as the moon. I jokingly told our friends we were attending Sir James' church of IHOP. But, to our surprise James wasn't on duty due to cuts in hours for employees there. He's one reason we aren't at Waffle House. Another reason is our waitresses. They come with our beverages and a smile. Yes, I know, you want to sell different things but we have one who eats and drinks the same thing no matter what. Two of us do try things but we have favorites. And, our fourth surprises us every time. You have early Sunday regulars followed by just got up regulars and then latecomers. Please don't mess up a good thing. James and our two waitresses are the joy.

I have, maybe, a mixed opinion of the quality of IHOP nationwide, but my visit with my wife and two young sons to this location recently was really good. I found the restaurant clean, fast, staffed with friendly and helpful people, and able to provide tasty food for all of us. We were in a hurry on a Saturday morning, which is a dumb thing to be at an IHOP, but they really came through for us by putting food on the table in less than 20 minutes. They were especially great about engaging with our kids in a friendly way. Great job! Thanks!
