Domino's Pizza

I ordered pickup on a Friday. The store stopped the two minute timer after 12 seconds and then took several minutes to actually bring the food out. When the food was brought out my request to have it placed in the passenger side was ignored. Neither of the salads we ordered were correct, the medium veggie pizza was a large, the large meatzza was a medium, and the $8.99 8 peice chicken chunks were more like 6 pieces and some bits. The food was good regardless, but I would have liked what I actually ordered.

If I could give -0 I would... spent 53 dollars for 4 subs 1 pizza and was all nasty the subs had nothing on them. Got a chicken sub had literally 1 piece sicken. Italian was burnt and 2 pieces pepperoni the Mediterranean was all bread and the Philly was hardly any meat just in the middle and burnt. The pizza was soggy... will not go back again. This is the second time and both times bad.

TOOK 47 MINUTES FROM WHEN DRIVER LEFT DOMINOS TO DELIVER 1.4 MILES! Ordered a deluxe pizza and 1 garlic dipping sauce. Pizza was COLD and SOGGY. Nighttime manager was awful and rude. When I wanted to cancel my order (after 40 min and 2 phone calls), he said he’d only give me credit for the dipping sauce $.99, not pizza and delivery fee. I’m not even calling back about cold pizza, rather will call to talk to different manager, or if I have to I will call the corporate office. (Pizza also didn’t have a lot of toppings and on about 3/4 of the pizza, the toppings where about 4 inches away from crust. Very skimpy on the toppings. I’ll definitely will NOT be ordering from this Dominos again. I will stay with Pizza Hut. I’ve NEVER had a problem with Pizza Hut. They always have fast delivery, HOT pizza and a lot of toppings.

Honestly the worst services I’ve ever experienced. They told us it would be like an hour wait. It took them 3 hours. Called them many times and they kept saying it was on the way, but it wasn’t at all. I asked them for a refund and they said no. Also when the manager she was so rude and hung up in my face and said there was nothing she could do. I didn’t even yell or throw a fit.

My pizzas were way undercooked. Cheese was barely melted. My cinnamon knots were refurbished garlic knots with cinnasugar. Oh, I saved every bit of it. 2 medium pizzas cinnamon bread, 2 lava cake, bacon jalapeño bread 64.00 . In what universe is this Even plausible? Your cashier refused My discounts due to your app not functioning. This should have been a 38.00 order. Raw dough. Garlic cinnamon knots. Oh yes everything has been saved. I've never had such an awful experience in food service.... and I'm in food service. Your cashier was dismissive, short, condescending and rude. Simply because I asked to split the bill... when I called back Regarding the quality of my food, I was dismissed, and said well, how should we handle it? Seriously? Your employees aren't hip to the prescript?
