Pizza Hut

Pizza was delivered quickly, however pizza toppings were stuck to the top of the box as if the pizza was shifting around during transport. Pizza was soggy at arrival and was cut unevenly (some very large and others very small), and some pieces had to be cut the rest of the way through. Not a lot of good to mention with this order.

Placed an online order. For some reason it said call restaurant. First time nobody answered. Second time the person said they would get a manager. Left me on hold for 8 minutes. Third time no answer. Fourth time I was hung up on. Fifth time no answer. Sixth time greeted by a rude manager named Greg. Didn’t seem to care about the problem and being hung up in that he was the only person there. I understand people are understaffed but don’t come off rude when you finally answer. I’ll go somewhere else from now on.

Ordering was easy. Upon delivery; 30ish minutes after the promised time; we were missing items. I have called this location 5 times in hopes of dealing with missing items- I’ve been hung up on all 5 times. It’s been over a year since I’ve ordered given previous issues. Clearly they aren’t resolved. Please beware

Absolutely the worst pizza hut in toledo ohio. The last two times I ordered they brung me something I didn't order. They charged me twice for a order they messed up on. The manager Stacy that works there stole my credit card info and tried buying things off Amazon. Big heads up they will steal your credit information and use it elsewhere. I'm waiting back from corporate office now. This happened February of 2022. Rude and disrespectful manager's and employees. DON'T EVER PAY WITH CREDIT CARD OR EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THIS PIZZA HUT NEEDS SHUT DOWN.

Horrible, I got the party box and some wings, two of the three pizzas had almost no sauce and one had like 3 slices of banana pepper on it. The wings were over cooked and tough, and the food was crushed when delivered. I called and they offered a credit or they could remake it. I asked for the credit, I have not received a credit, I spent 45 dollars for what amounted to cheesy bread.
