This comment is for the one at 1205 Sylvania Ave, store #5710. I went here after a visit to the one at 3008 Monroe St, store #12734. I don't know if they are in the same franchise, but the Monroe St McDonald's was horrible, the fish was old and greasy, fries were hard as rocks and the drinks were watery. The Sylvania McDonald's was awesome, all my food was fresh, the staff was very polite and fast. They get no complaints from me.
The fish on the left are the fresh ones, the fish to the right are the greasy ones.

This place has a Manager that cares. The store is clean. It had a drive through that moves quicker than any other McDonald's in the city. Food was hot and tasted amazing like it's supposed to. The staff is friendly. If you miss a GOOD trip to McDonald's this store is it! The rest in Toledo are horrible...

There were some confusion with our cold coffee order - we expected the coffee with cream but they served the black coffee. We however took whatever they have us and started having the food in the parking. After some time a lady from came over with a serving of cold coffee with cream. Thanks for the excellent service

I’ve ordered from a Big Mac large meal and it came with mic double patties, no Mac sauce and without any fries. And I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder large meal, and it came with one Big Mac patty one pickle, lettuce,onions and no tomatoes and again with no fries.

Drive-thru was not busy, French fries were on point! Hot, fish and just enough salt! Fast service too!

This place does not open at 6am. This is also the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been too. Monkeys would be quicker.

Purchased 2 McChickens today in the drive threw and both of the Chicken patty’s were RAW. Not cooked at all. I will never spend my money at this location again.

Came to pick up order for doordash, employee was extremely rude, kept rolling her eyes and ignoring me. The order sat there for 10 minutes fully packaged before she would even had it to me. In turn was complained to about it from person who ordered the food
