Ordered dinner and paid online from this KFC. Arrived and all the doors were locked even though the website said to go in and get it off the shelf. People inside waived me around to the drive through. It took too long to explain the situation to the drive through person who then informed me that they could not make my chicken. Why did KFC the my order when they could not make my food? Next time tell me before I drive over there. Very disappointing.

Omg I had the worst service. I paid for my meal and then I was told well we don't have the chicken strips. Im like what well I just paid for it what do you mean.Then she said well if you want it its going to be a wait. So I said ok how long. She said 8 to 10 minutes. I said that's fine and she said to pull up. I waited a half an hour for 2 meals. I sipped my drink while I waited in the car. It was soda water so I had my daughter go back to the window and tell them there sprite ran out. She came back with another cup of soda water from them. So I told her to tell them to give me a Pepsi instead since they were out of Sprite. She close the window with attitude and stated how she was just ready to go home. When the food came out everything was there. I don't plan on going back anytime soon. They were acting like I inconvenienced them for ordering from there restaurant.

They are always out of everything. The staff is less than friendly. They do not know their job or the products they are selling. K f c is off my list. I will not go this chain restaurant ever again

I typically dread going to this location as they normally lack customer service skills, say they are out of chicken or that they aren't cooking any more etc but when I went on 7.27.21 the day shift staff was friendly and efficient... I would have rated them a 4 for this good service had I not watched an employee who was putting chicken on a flat pan drop a piece on the floor and then use the same tongs he was putting the chicken on the pan with to pickup the floor piece.

DO NOT ORDER THE NUMBER 1 anytime soon. My wife got food poisoning from this order.
