I literally stop here 4/5 mornings a week and have never had a bad experience. I order ahead and usually never have to wait, even if I'm early. Also someone called me by my name the other day when I was leaving and it was really nice and made my day 🥰

Waited behind another person in the drive through. Finally they pulled up, turns out they had been waiting just for a person to take their order. When nobody responded to us we pulled around the building and the store turned out to be closed. What reputable business wouldn't put a "closed" sign in the drive through?

So I pulled up at 9:02pm knowing they were closed but wanted to try my luck because I needed something to keep me up for this 91/2 hr drive “sorry we are closed” I asked if she could still take my order and why she said what would you like! Sometimes the smallest things can help in the biggest ways! I had to ask who took my order Thanks Tavii! Life Saver!

Tristan was preparing drinks when I went to get my coffee and he had zero urgency in his movement. The pick up line was insane! Starbucks needs to get it together! What’s the point of mobile ordering if it’s not ready when I get there? I ordered at 1021 and it still wasn’t ready at 1040!

Good coffee, but no more than that. There are a lot of coffee shops now that can create decent competition.

Staff is very friendly and kind and courteous. They get your order to you in a timely manner and the coffee and food are always fresh. I enjoy coming here and recommend it to anybody that's in the area to stop by and get a fresh cup of delicious coffee ☕and a pastry.

BAD COSTUMER SERVICE
My experiences here and the drinks used to be absolutely amazing. HOWEVER, I drove through to get my drink today, and they got it wrong. I told them after 35 minutes of waiting that my drink is not what I ordered, and they somehow got offended!
There was this guy (tall with curly hair) who got defensive and his language was aggressive. He got mad just because I remember he done this order for me before, he claimed that he didn’t see me or done anything for me before!
I wasn’t trying to fight at all, I just wanted my right drink!
