Applebee's

OK I love Applebee's, but lately it has been awful! It is close to work and great to go to for lunch but the last 2 visits service has been slow! The first time we ordered our food soup and an appitzer and it took over an hour to get it so we had to leave without eating😫 now today! Well thought OK they must of been busy last time we just order curb side, ordered the food an hour in advance, two cups of soup! Simple right! Said it will take 10min told them that's fine I won't be there till 1250 and it still took 15min to walk the soup out! What is going on people 😫 Love there soup but I don't think I will be going to lunch there anymore 😟

If you don't want to wait to sit, come here, place is pretty quiet. Music was awesome! Food...not so much. My wife's Crispy Brewhouse Chicken was burnt, sent it back and they over cooked 1 in the back and brought another one out and that was also overcooked and dry. My wife ate it because we were all done eating and she was starving! The manager did take it off our bill. We had this meal at another location and they cooked one for each of us perfectly! The waitress was really good though.

Terrible.. My burgers wasn't done they remade them and the first burger was done until we got to the end and it was pink. Then some months back we ordered a burger and it had some type of hard plastic in it when my boyfriend took a bit. So over all I'm done with them I couldn't even enjoy my food tonight on 2-4-17 because my food wasn't right for the second time.. I didn't even bother to call back what's the point. I'm very disappointed.
