Pretty good food and most staff has been courteous in my experience. Used to have a dude that delivers with Idaho plates who drives pretty wild and likes to make illegal U-turns after exiting near Locust St... I used to work across the street and observed on more than one occasion. Now only complaint is the dining room is starting to show wear, a little rough around the edges. Needs a deep cleaning and repairs done. Also, look out- they are "temporarily" closing at 6pm due to staffing issues.

What a joke, I have been eating at this Panera since they opened. This will be the last time we ever do! This steak and cheddar sub is only bread! $14 for that! No cookie either. Not sure what's going on, but we will never support this business again.

Left a two dollar tip. So this small meal which is actually much smaller than it looks in the picture is over $16.00 ? Totally a rip off. Portland has too many great local restaurants to be wasting your time here.

Worst $50 I ever spent. Every time I order from this Panera they get the order wrong. All that I wanted was for there to be no mayonnaise or sauce on any of the sandwiches in the order and - of course - there was Mayonnaise or sauce on all of the sandwiches. The bread was soggy and no one could eat. I had to go out and buy something from somewhere else. Thanks Panera for consistently being a waist of my money!

Ordered a few Mac n Cheese's and got shorted one. My fault for not opening up the bag and digging through it I guess. Also had a signature chicken sandwich that had a strip of plastic in the sandwich. Other than that the food was good, but over priced for sure.

Amazing service opened there doors to me and my team when we where starving. The service was amazing and it was really clean. They also donated cookies to homeless. 100% recommend

Panera Bread Washington Square definitely offers what you’ve come to expect in excellent customer service, clean and bright establishment, fantastic fresh and tasty food, and super-prompt service.
This one has a great location very close to but not in the actual Mall boundaries which makes parking easier.
Our “go-to” lunch is the half-soup-salad with chicken noodle soup and chicken Caesar salad. Always spot on!

Food here is mediocre. Almost entirely carbs but it's fast and the staff are all right. Also, their cold brew is too watered down.
