Nice store, cashier was friendly, but when I stood in front of the employee who was making the drinks she could care less about asking me if I needed something. Didn’t even look at me. Just making drinks like a robot, no smile, just slamming the drinks on the counter as they were done. It’s no wonder they are hiring.

Sometimes they make my coffee correctly, today Is not that day. The baristas are usually in a bad mood. Please get someone to run the place properly or just close the shop. :)

Barista doesn't know proper sanitary practices and was not friendly at all. Didn't say hi or anything just kept staring at me with a rude look. She used the tongs to close cupboard door and then touched my sandwich with it. Pretty gross if you ask me. What else is she using those tongs for?

They're so sweet at this location, they alwayssss have my coffee done on time from my online order and there's always at least one person wiping things down with cleaner.

Left someone's coffee out for ages. At some point even if it's not taken you should remove it. And having nothing in stock. I'd be glad to see a sign crossing off items on your menu.

Super friendly but tried several times to explain nonfat mocha blended.... not frappe w/the added emulsifier they use, but that’s what they charged me for as well as extra for sugar free mocha. I finally said that I’ll just have a sugar free, non fat mocha but he told me he already rung it up. If it turns out wrong they would remake it.
Lol.... oh well, it was not good, but I didn’t want to go through the order again.

I wish all Starbucks were standardized. No matter which one you go to you get a superb libation. Unfortunately that's not the case regarding this store or barista. The flat white I ordered was awful. I had them remake it and it was still awful.
