Burger King

There are no people who work well. They stand there motionless. Even if ready for something, they do not even have the mindset to take it. They do not give any impression to the customers. The minimum is to hire a few well-worked persons and a good manger. Seeing the attitude of each of the people who work there makes us feel as if they are making fun of us. It is a very bad attitude to face from everyone. Why hire people there who are not interested in working. There are a few uneducated employees who do not even know what to eat and do not even know how to behave well.

It hurts me to give you 5 stars. Today I had a cheat meal and I ended up landing on Burger King. The service was fast and friendly in the drive-thru. I just found out that the company has changed their slogan to “Be Your Way.” I’m assuming it means be who you want to be, or you do you. If I may offer a slight edit. Maybe something like “Be Your Way, unless you hurt others physically and emotionally.” It’s a mouthful I know. Probably why I’m not in marketing professionally. That being said. If I had it my way, every fast food place would have 1 star rating for their food. It was scientifically designed to taste delicious. And it did. Congratulations to the scientists with the white coats. This was my farewell to the king. It will be a long time before I go back. It’s not you, it’s me. I’ve made changes in my life, and you just happen to be one of those changes.

Seriously?? How does this even happen? I repeated my order 4 times to the person who could not speak good English. #1 Flamebroiled Whopper Meal with Sprite. She tried to give me diet coke, and somehow I ended up with a burger and two buns with nothing on it. The recipt said "Plain Whopper". I just returned after being disappointed the last time. I won't be back.

My Dave's burger was soggy and cold. Same thing with my fries. It's put me off burger king in thunder Bay. Period. I was a very unhappy customer and they took so long to get my meal to me. They forgot one of my order and I had to go back to get it. Worst part was we were only 2 cars so I couldn't understand why it was taking forever for everything. Sigh.
