The food 9x10 is amazing. The gentleman that took my order last time way very respectful so much service review does not reflect his service. There is a female employee there (maybe the manager) who is VERY VERY RUDE to her employees and to customers and I think this issue needs to be addressed with HR of this company as this isn't appropriate or professional.

The French fries were hard very very hard couldn't even eat them! Cashier was nice and friendly, but had to wait a good 25 to 30 minutes to get food

5-4-22 Today's visit to KFC was great. The man that took the order was upbeat and knew what he was doing. We only had to wait a couple of minutes for our order and the man that took our order brought our food out. I'd say that employee is a keeper. Now let's hope KFC treats this group of employees right so they stay on for a while.

KFC in Three Rivers has been having issues for quite a long time. Imagine going to a chicken place and they don't have any chicken. It's happened to us. Tonight was a very nice surprise. We wanted chicken for dinner, so we decided to give KFC another chance. They had chicken, all dark, the way we like it. We ordered the Family Fill Up, and they had mashed potatoes, gravy, coleslaw and biscuits. Fresh biscuits, not stale, rock hard biscuits. Great job KFC staff! Keep it up. We appreciate you.

Always a great place for a quick bite to eat. I had the famous bowl. Just enough food for the right price. Local KFC has the buffet. Good selection for a great price. Get there early though, sometimes buffet isn't always restocked like it should. Overall food good, price good, service good.

We haven't eaten at s KFC Buffet in years so it was great to find this one. The customer service was good, as well as the food. I seen that both napkin dispensers were empty & I was disappointed to find that they wouldnt have any mac & cheese today. Instead, they had peas, green beans, & beans. The overall experience was nice.

Stopped during a road trip, really wanted fried chicken. Admittedly the weird one star reviews worried us, but we stopped anyway.
Actually -- there is nothing wrong with this place. A normal Kentuky fried chicken with fine service and we had no issues. Food tastes good, we were back on the highway in a few minutes. Used drive through.
