Quiznos

First of all do not come to this location. I just visited where two men and a young women were working the store. Let me start by saying that this store is a disgrace. It looks beyond filthy and I discourage anyone coming to this location. The tables were a mess, the floor was a mess, Even the back was a mess. I can’t imagine how food is treated by the hygiene that employees perform and exhibit at this location. Yes customers service was okay, the young woman who checked me out was very pleasant and accommodating, I did not catch her name but that and the one of the other men made this visit a little less horrible. Lettuce was frozen, food was beyond gross. Management must have obviously changed by the looks of this failing business who I give a few months tops before it goes out of business. Now choosing subway any day!

The manager or whoever was running the front register was incredibly rude to his employees. He was constantly yelling at them about communication when he asked which sandwhiches my co worker and I got and when I told him he gave me a nasty look. Needless to say he made my co worker and I super uncomfortable during our whole transaction and we felt bad for the employees. If you need to coach them use constructive criticism and don't degrade them. It was flat out embarrassing for everyone. And to the employees there, we think you did a great job and our sandwhiches were great.

Marco was Amazing! I've only eaten at Quiznos once in Texas years ago, and didn't have a good experience. Marco made my experience today! He was polite and helpful when suggesting options as I am vegetarian. Sandwich was great and the Dr. Pepper wasn't bad either. Had a great time today! Thank you Marco :)

First I asked for what was clearly marked on the menu as a sandwich, the chicken salad "sandwich". They employees both became confused and said it was just a salad and not a sandwich. Then they looked at their menu board and said that it is listed as a sandwich and they couple probably make it. I decided to go with the honey bacon club instead. Apparently there is no bacon on the honey bacon club. Lettuce was disgusting, old, and brown. Nothing really looked fresh.

My roommates and I ordered four sandwiches at 7:47 pm. online for delivery. It is now 11:19 pm and we still have not received out sandwiches!!! We called numerous times and were told that they were on their way with our food. We called again just now and they said the delivery driver just gave up because it was too late at night and returned to the store with our food!! Pretty damn ridiculous.... Never coming back here again.

We used to go to quiznos 2 times a week but lately it has gone downhill and sadly we won't be returning. There is always one employee there that if his life depended on it, he wouldn't be able to remember your order. Everytime I ask for no cheese and everytime he puts cheese on it. Tonight we tried the new pulled pork. He put so much of the juice (or whatever it is sitting in) on the bread that the whole bun was soggy by the time we got it. We were the only ones in there and it look twice as long for him to make our sandwiches because he kept messing up. And apparently they ran out of the pork and instead of substituting it for some other meat, he just spread it around to make it really thin. Since they were so soggy, we wanted to switch them out for something else but instead he was no where to be found. The second we were done paying, he disappeared in the back and didn't come back out. We ended up eating a small portion of our sandwich and threw the rest away. Very disappointed. Won't be going back.
