Starbucks

Staying at a nearby hotel and ordered a breakfast sandwich yesterday. When I got it the inside was cold. Today we wend back and ordered 3 drinks and only received 2. When I told the lady in the drive through that we had ordered one more she looked at me with a blank stare and then got her manager. The manager came to the window and said we are charging you for that third drink. We obviously had full intention of paying for the 3 drinks that we ordered but they should have corrected their mistake. This is terrible business practice and a bad representation of Starbucks as a company. Starbucks has always been known for great customer service and this was not it.

I come to this Starbucks often. I usually have a pretty good experience except when I have the barista Eden. She always messes up my order and proceeds to be very rude about it. This morning I asked for light ice in my drink, oat milk and only one shot. I am a vegan so the oat milk is really important in my personal opinion. She handed me a hot drink and I told her I had wanted it iced. She proceeded to say “You did not ask for it iced.” I would have taken it but it also wasn’t made with oat milk. She had a very bad attitude taking it back. I have also witnessed her being rude to her coworkers handing out drinks out of the window. I am not at all a review kind of person but she was so rude to me I just ended up going to another Starbucks where they were so nice to me. I hope that this attitude gets fixed because I do love this store but she is very rude.

Have come here a few times, and my drink is never made correctly. I was a barista at sbux for the last 5 years and I understand drinks get messed up, but its tiresome to always pay for something you dont want. Really wish this location had a better customer connection because the baristas seem friendly. I often get the window shut on me without any attempt to chat or connect, which was a huge part of working here. You feel a huge disconnect when the baristas are only focusing on drive times. This most recent visit my family visited from Korea and we came here for drinks in drive. I ordered my drink and told them i just wanted a very small amount of whip and light ice on my Mocha Cookie Crumble. I got less than halfway through and the literal entire rest of my drink was whipped cream, as well as the whipped cream they put on top. Its frustrating when you are paying 6 or 7$ for a drink to only have a few sips of it. I hope things change, but most likely wont. The sad thing is that they dont really care if you return, and im not one to go in and complain about drinks because I know it can be frustrating to remake them, especially cold bar drinks.
