Parents were kind enough to bring food on their way home. They stopped at Sonic. Mistake? Their burgers were burned. The coney they brought to me was a lil crispy as well.

I love this sonics! I haven’t tried any of the food but the milk shakes and drinks are amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting the new GM the other night and she was amazing!! Even though I’m 25 minutes away I will continue to come to this sonics!

I ordered a chili cheese dog. It was sloppy and soggy to say the least. It looked like someone took a bite out of it then changed their mind.

Tried here once or twice. Never again.
Burgers that are meant to be plain are smothered in mayonnaise, other times food will be missing. Drinks will be wrong, have elements missing, or be so full of ice there's barely anything to drink.
When you get the food, its not done well. Eggs have come half-black, as the grill hasn't been cleaned since stuff had burned on it, and no-one seems to know how to wrap a burrito.
One time I could accept, this is 3-4 times. And no-one ever answers the phone to deal with complaints.

Corndog is burnt halfway threw ordered burger with no mayo no onions no pickles no tomatoes half of my mozzarella sticks are melted out of the sticks and they forgot my fries. 🤦♂️ update they fixed my order so just make sure your food is right before ya leave.

The food is not worth the prices they charge. Not only was the food quality bad but the amount of food you get for your money was terrible. Never again! It's a shame that not even the foot long chili cheese Coney is worth having anymore. The food was much much better the first couple of times this food chain was in Thomaston. Don't waste your money here. The only thing worth rating was the server. The server was nice and very friendly.

This place is just awful. We love the food but the service is so bad.. I mean bad. They say they are always out of ice cream or just literally close down early for no reason. We went today and they said “no icecream or onion rings” we then places an order for slushees and they said “their system is down” its always something.

Never answered my call after 5 or 10 min wait in the stall. Moved to another stall thinking the previous one wasn't working and they never answered it after 5 minutes. So I went to the drive thru there was only 4 cars in front of me placed my order and the line didn't move for about 10mins. So I just left. BTW the 4 cars was the only customers.
