The Experience

We went for dinner because a friend recommended it, since it has a rooftop. The restaurant is located on the sixth story, with a view of Thane Station. There is also an AC section, but I would choose the rooftop. The best time to visit is between 5 and 6 p.m., when you can enjoy the beautiful scenery from the rooftop, but after 7 p.m., you won't be able to find a seat. We went on a Saturday after 7 p.m. and all of their seats were presumably taken due to the IPL match. Aside from that, the food was wonderful and the servers were courteous. If you're solely going out for alcohol, I recommend the chicken crispy and chana koliwada. There is a parking difficulty because it is right next to the Alok Hotel, which is one of the busiest spots in Thane. So, if you're going, please avoid taking your vehicle and instead take public transportation. There is a bike parking spot just near the hotel that you might want to ask the local vendors about because it is just inside a gully where a gentleman manages the parking for 20 rupees.

I have visited this place with friends. Place is nice, near to Thane railway station West. Prebook was available as we pre-booked the slot and table. Food was nice and tasty. Service was good, we haven't waited for any item more than 5-10 minutes that was ordered. Prices are moderate. Ambiance was ok. Overall we enjoyed our time here.

This place has a special importance in my family's life. Our father used to get us here when we were little, back in the 1990's when the whole idea of Rooftop dinning was novel, they had live ducks and a great ambience. We went back as a family yesterday and found a very warm welcome even though the management had changed. The food is delicious and the staff is delighted to serve you. This is a good place to hang out with family and friends.
