The re-visit after so many years was Nostalgic. They have refurbished it but kept it as simple as possible as it was in the olden days. Seating is comfortable, Air conditioning is good. Sound system & Viewing screen is adequately upgraded. Interval snacks are cheap. What more is required. A must visit for native Thanekars or Thaneites....

Renovated vandana cinema is very good Compared to mall cinema it is upto the mark interm of quality. But in term of cost it is far cheaper than cinema in mall. Picture and sound are good. Air conditioner are in conditions. Cleanness are remarkable They don't allow gutkha etc in cinema hall. Snacks are very cheaper and good quality. Overall you can watch movies and have snacks in snacks cost of mall cinema. For us it is walking distance from home so are very happy.

The moment you will be walking in, you will get a Nostalgic feeling.Definitely a superb experience for single screen theatre lovers. The Decor outside the cinemahall is very creative and thoughtful.Buying ticket is smooth process.The guiding staff right from Security guard to door keepers are very courteous.Seats are cosy. Air-condition system is working in good condition and they have Fans as backup too. The cafeteria has very limited but quality option for food and beverages. Overall a Superb Experience!!! Do visit!!!

It is a good family movie cinema. The food is also cheaper compared multiplexes. The only negative (not exactly negative) point is that you will have to stand in long queue for tickets (if not booked online), to check into the cinema hall, and to get food coupon during interval. The hack is to get food coupon before the movie starts ;)

The all new Vandana AC theatre looks really good after renovation. We had gone to watch Tanhaji and there was a queue just to get inside the theatre. It was a housefull show. Limited 2 & 4 wheeler parking available. Snacks are relatively quite affordable - popcorn, samosa, chips & cold-drinks at Rs. 30 each. Located just opposite MSRTC ST Stand.
