I had a coupon to redeem and there was an error in the system.
Staff checked with the owner on call and post approval he wrote down the details and redeemed it.
That was such a good gesture and kudos to the store management.

Always has very good flavours on offer. Outlet is very small. Prices are on the higher side, but atleast now they offer pdts that are diff from the lesser known brands.

5 on 5 for chocolate flavours, fruit flavours not upto the mark. You should try cotton candy icecream here for a different experience. BR please lower your prices!!😜

We recently visited Baskin Robbins outlet at Panchpakhadi, Thane. The outlet is following strict rules provided by the government in the pandemic. They have placed a glass shield for protection purpose. The seating arrangement is very limited. They maintain proper social distancing and the AC was kept off. They serve more than 20 flavours. We tried Very Berry Strawberry, Three Cheers Chocolate, Banana n Strawberry, Cotton Candy. The Very Berry Strawberry was a bit sour with pulps of strawberries. The Three Cheers Chocolate was a mixture of Soy and Vanilla with Choco Chips with a chocolaty taste. The Banana n Strawberry was sweet but sour taste wise with small pulps of banana and strawberry. The Cotton Candy was exactly like cotton candy we eat at fairs, it had a sweet sugary taste. We would definitely recommend the Cotton Candy flavour to try at least once. All the 4 flavours that we tried had a unique taste which differed from each other. The staff was good. This is a must visit place for all the Ice-cream lovers !
