This Starbucks outlet is right at the entrance of the mall to the right side. The vibe of the store is amazing and has great interiors. The ordered hazelnut triangle and coffee was perfect for monsoon season. Staff is good here and helps to customise drinks as per requirement. A great place to catch up with your friends or work during office hours.

I went here today for a quick beverage. I got a Signature Hot Chocolate takeaway. Like always, I absolutely loved it. The amount of sweetness and foam is amazing. The staff was really nice and helpful. The service was very quick. We ordered our beverages around 10 am and got them in 5-8 minutes. The seating is lovely. The place is squeaky clean. There room temperature, atmosphere and aroma is refreshing!

Famous Starbucks outlet is Located inside Viviana Mall, Thane West. There are 2 Starbucks outlets in Viviana (Ground & Third Floor - newly opened around Nov22 ). This outlet is on the ground floor and has a great ambience. They serve Hot and Cold Coffee, Various types of Muffins , Sandwiches.... We visited in the morning , seats were vacant , we got our order in time.. Blueberry Cake was awesome , very spongy and fresh. Ordered Capachino & Hazelnut Hot Coffee which was good too. I recommend visiting Starbucks..

I have recently been upgraded to the Gold membership and i'm loving the rewards recently. Most of my loyalty stars have been from the orders at this outlet. I have a soft corner for cafes and more so for Starbucks which is why I visit every week. This outlet is Viviana is spacious and has lots of seating options. I love the corner couches. The experience is great and holds upto the global standards. There are multiple counters so not a big queue at all times, orders aren't delayed, savouries are freshly prepared. My three staple food here is Hot Chocolate, Java Chip Frapp, NY Cheesecake. One thing I didn't like about this outlet is the poor cellphone receiption in the inside area. They do have wifi though.

There is no other coffee which can compete with Starbucks as they maintained their level of serving their customers the best coffee all the time. Along with alot of varieties of coffee they also have amazing quick bites like croissant, sandwiches, pastries etc. You can also try the Tiramisu dessert of Starbucks which one of the best. The only negative or the thing I don't like about Starbucks is the pricing structure for different sizes of coffee as there is not much difference in the pricing of Small, Medium & Large but the quantity served has clearly alot of difference which seems unfair to me. But nevertheless the experience is always good.
