Starbucks

I actually had a pleasant experience with Starbucks! It's been so long since this had happened. My local coffee place is shut down right now and this location was just up the road. The workers were hard at work but super friendly! The wait was long but the drinks were made perfectly, nothing came out wrong. Way to go at this location!!! I will come back soon!!! Thank you for redeeming yourself Starbucks!

The line was long in the drivethru and moved at a snails pace. We went inside to use the bathrooms and while they were fairly clean, there was a lot to be desired. Children were running around yelling loudly and playing in the bathrooms and all through the dining area. It was a very stress inducing environment, the baristas even looked stressed. We did not come during a peak time for this location so I’m unsure as to why it was so chaotic and slow, but it put a bit of a damper on my afternoon since I couldn’t stick around in the negative atmosphere long enough to enjoy my coffee. I wish that if a manager had been present that they would have diffused the ruckus in the dining area and had supported the baristas on bar

20220306-First time at this location, as I have for many years past, on my annual migration stopped at the cafe on Richmond Road. But today, due to a lack of staff, the dining room was closed and caused me to look elsewhere for my air conditioned, coffee brewing, electric outlet availability place to sit and pound on the keys of my computer.
