Burger King

My whopper didn’t have an ketchup on it when I specifically asked for ketchup! It was so bland I couldn’t eat it. The mozzarella sticks are gross!! Don’t even bother!! They were cold like they had been microwaved for not long enough? The cheese inside wasn’t stringy at all. The chicken nuggets were good except there was a gross black chunk in one of the nuggets. It really grossed me out and I didn’t want to finish my nuggets after I saw that chunk sticking out after biting into one of the nuggets. :(

Sooooooo……apparently Burger King stopped representing their slogan “Have It Your Way”. My family and I were traveling and stopped here…. I asked to add mayo and onions on my burger. 1st: they didn’t put either on it so I sent it back… 2nd: they added mayo but no onions so I sent it back…. 3rd: I said thank you because I just knew they’d added the onions so I drove off and because I was driving and was drinking my coffee I was going to eat my burger after I finished my coffee ….. I took a bite and I looked and lo and behold those HARDWORKING ***sarcastically stated*** young men put one slice of onion on my burger… one… woooww! Go home if you don’t want to do do your job!!!! Customer Service isn’t for you heartless uncaring individuals!!

Ordered the #1 with cheese and onion rings. Check my bag. They put fries. Told the girl at the window I ordered onion rings and gave her the fries back. Another girl comes to the window with an attitude saying I didn't specify onion rings. Yes I did! Says" give me the fries back", I already gave the fries to the first girl. Then has attitude about having to make onion rings. Brings me my onion rings with her sour attitude. I see why there was nobody eating here! Straight trash!

Terrible all the way around. Unfriendly and they made a mess of our drinks. No napkins to clean it up with. My fish was like hard rubber and the pickles I asked for tasted bad. We could just tell they did not make our food fresh. My husbands burger had way too much onion in it. I hope I never stop at this place ever again.

I was not expecting to have as good as an experience with burger king as I did when I went last. This location has outstanding service and is doing fantastic. I believe the whole team there needs to be paid more for the service they are providing. Friendly smiles and got the order right 100%. All with short staff and it being a little later around 7PM.
