First of all when I walked in, this lady was sorta looking at me, my dad and my younger sister. We brought takis, hot cheetos and a hot dog, but 2 hours later we felt sick to our stomachs. Currently my sister and myself are throwing up, and it’s very obvious that it was from that 7-11, my sister throw up was blue while mine was red. Bad place, and bad service too.

The worst 7-11 I have ever been too. They have one price showing and then charge you more at the cash register. Also how is it possible that they can get away with being so dirty all the time?

PROS: This 7-11 is one of my go-to convenient stores. This place is always clean and the staff is friendly when you speak to them. They have a lot of the basic stuff 7-11 has and their prices are in line CONS: parking lot only has a couple spots and the store is small compared to other 7-11s. They don't have as large of an inventory as others as well OVERALL: i would still come here despite size disadvantages but my main concern would just be a matter of finding parking

I went in for a quick run. I go inside to see the cashier with teal green hair just casually with his mask down his face. I was getting something from the hot foods counter and felt really uncomfortable for him grabbing something with his mask down. If he coughed or sneezed while getting my snacks I would be mortified. Then I see customers with their mask down as well just casually drinking their coffee while on line. Coronavirus still exists people! Honestly really disappointed today because other times have been better at this location.

The lady owner and everyone behind the counter are super rude and unpleasant. I don't expect a world-class customer service at a 7-Eleven... I just go in, get my coffee and get out quickly like everyone else. Every time I visit this store, usually people working at this store seem very annoyed and angry with something all the time and are ready to fight with their customers for no reason. One day, I went into the store to get my morning coffee and one of the guy behind the counter told me ApplePay is currently not working on this CC machine so I was trying to use my credit card on the machine, he started yelling and screaming saying "I told you credit card is not working". First of all, they told me ApplePay is not working at this time, not the credit card. Even if they couldn't accept credit card at all and asked me to pay with cash, I would have paid with cash. What a psycho and What a great a way to start your day at your local 7-eleven. I got so angry and ready to punch his face but I just left the store and never returned. It's a such shame to see a business like this still operate in our neighborhood.

I feel so bad whenever I picked up the coffee from here. One day the coffee was so hot and I used double cup. One staff saw it ( i am not sure he was owner or staff). By the way did not mind.... because some coffee store used double cup as coffee was hot. Then, while I was paying at the front, he took one of cup from my coffee without any comment....OMG..I could not believe it. After the day, I have never gone there.

Exceptionally inconsiderate service, unfriendly, curt, uncaring. Did not even get to next level such as considering buying anything. A simple course in courtesy is necessary if this place is to succeed. Just tell the staff, which must be abused to act this way, that the customer is important. Thank you.

Place is good . Owner is greedy! 7/11 app says their coffee is a dollar but refuse to honor the deal . Owner told employees not to scan the bar code from the coffee cups that would give you the deal, instead they are told to just punched in the coffee on their cash register thus voiding the discount. This place/owner should be reported to corporate or change their deals coz it is very deceptive to customers and patrons. SHAME ON YOU!!!
