This store has gone completely down hill over the last few months! Bathroom always need soap, toilet paper , trash bags . it seems like the only ones who will do their job are 2 that have been therefor a long time. store need true inventory ( cuz its always short even on truck days. If you could keep the kids off their phones at the registers that would be awesome.

The 7-Eleven location on South 31st in Temple, Texas is a really nice clean, quick in and out, Convenience/Gas Store. I like it because The Rest Room is Bright, Clean and Easily Accessible. And, The Air Conditioning is Always Cool on a Hot Day. The last time I was there it was Raining Hard...The Clerks had put down Mats all around to Dry the Water being tracked inside by Customers and there were Caution Cones set up by the door to show a drier route through the Store for the Customer's Safety. I thought that was Cool. Wet well waxed floors are very slippery and it was a good reminder to Be Careful. Of Course, They have the Usual Beverages and Snacks and some Knick Knacks you might need in a pinch. They also have a Hot Box up front with some Quick and Ready Food Selections, if you want a little more than, Beer, Soda, Candy, Tasty Cakes or Chips. As for Chips, the main reason I like to stop at this 7-Eleven location, is for these Particular Kettle Gouda Chips. It's the Only Place I've ever seen them...Including other 7-Eleven Stores. If you happen to see them you should try them. But, Save some for ME though. 😁 If your Vehicle is Running on Empty, They also have Gas Pumps with Reasonable Competitive Prices. It's Just a Nice Place for a Stop when you are out Running Errands and Need A Break.

You have poorly trained employees who are unable to count up to ten, who don't even know the managers last name and are unknowledgeable when it comes to Lottery rules. The contact information should be posted on the store and it is nowhere to be found. If I managed this store I would be embarrassed.

Everyone there is pretty awesome (afternoon & late night crew), but Joel is one of a kind !! I walk to work & one morning it started pouring down rain. I'd gone in to ask for a trash bag to stay kinda-sorta-just-a-bit-not-so-wet on my 3 mile trip. He kinda shook his head and walked off. When he came back, he had his own personal jacket in his hand and handed it to me!! Who really does that anymore? I did return it, dry, as requested 😋 !! He's just an all around great guy !!
