Whataburger

Second time my wife and I dinned here. New to Texas so second time to Whataburger. First time was excellent. Mid day not busy at all. Waited approximately 10 minutes for food. Everything was as it should be and expected when your paying for something. Manger even came around to say hello and disposed of our trash very nice. Burgers were good in their own right. Though I love the Army and Air Force Exchange burgers you get overseas. Tonight we went at dinner time drive through was packed and inside was 3/4 full. Mostly young employees working, wasn't greeted or acknowledged for several minutes. When the counter person got to us still no greeting. Took our order and I had to request straws. They got them and instead of handing me one they filled up the dispenser. Now the place was busy but they seemed to have plenty of employees working. After sitting down we noticed other people getting restless waiting for their food. Ours took close to 30 minutes. I ordered onion rings they were cold and for $3.29 there were 6 in the box. the spicy chicken sandwich was good as was my wife's burger her fries were warm. My sandwich bun was crushed. I think the person that comes out with the condiments is a waste of an employee's time especially when their busy, I noticed they didn't always come out and people had to go up to the counter anyway. Nice touch when their not busy. Will return but not at peak times.

This Whataburger has nice employees...and they are short handed because people don't want to work.. The last 5 times that I have ordered online for curbside the order has been wrong 4 times. This time I ordered 10 burgers with fries. The orders were correct, bit it took 45 min to have the order finished.

I'm giving 5 stars to the guy who got our orders at the drive tru. He's very enthusiastic & very nice. It's very hard to find customer service like he does. I'm giving 3 stars to not so friendly cashier & the person who handed us our food. They need to love their job to be able to show happiness in what they're doing. We tried Whataburger before heading back to Vegas & no regret because the food is great! Thank you!

Quite possibly the worst whataburger I have ever been to. Keep giving them a chance but they fail every time. Must be corporate-owned, because no real businessperson would let their business be so bad for so long. And by bad, I mean service. Family loves Whataburger food but this store is terrible. They stopped handing out surveys because they can’t fix the problems the surveys reveal. I hate to think about the hundreds and hundreds of dollars I’ve spent at that store and received about half the value because of their poor service. Never again. You know, giving no stars is a rating as well. Apparently I have to give at least one star just to post something.

This has been the best Whataburger I've been to so far. We are having a family reunion and stopped in this location for lunch before hitting the road. We walked in and let them know we have 15 people in our party. They hollered back to prepare the cooks. The staff was great, the food was delicious, and the time we waited was phenominal. I appreciate everyone who worked this past Sunday around lunch June 19th, 2022.
