Subway

If I could give no stars I would. My urgent care ordered lunch here. Even called ahead to be sure what the best way to order was in efforts to not cause a back up for the workers. We ordered 8 sandwiches. Out of those 1 was not correct as well as I didn’t receive my chips. I called to let them know so I could at least get a replacement since I didn’t get to eat lunch due to this. The lady interrogated me and called me a liar stating she gave the chips to coworkers. I am sure she did give some chips as we have 8 combos. When I stated ma’am why would I be calling one about one issue when we ordered 8 sandwiches that were all good? She said we’ll how do you think olives got on there I’m watching the camera now. I said ma’am I am not sure that’s why I’m calling you. She then said your being rude call corporate and hung up on me. So I paid for my sandwich and chips all of which I never received. I wrote in a complaint to corporate ad the worker told me with all of my receipt and paperwork and still have not heard back. This was on May-6. I am highly disappointed a business can take your money and never give you a product.

Actually had a pretty good experience here this time.. the guy at the register actually took time to put my phone number in to get my points since the app will never load.. the marked our sandwiches..they just were kind and had patience ..just not normal behavior these days .. I know it's hard out there since places are so short staffed and these employees didn't make it known that they were overwhelmed or over worked.. great job tonight with our sandwiches.. thank you for the great customer service ...

I recently did a curbside order and they told me pickup time was 5:40 (20 minutes after I ordered) when I got home to eat my sandwich it was extremely soggy that the bread felt doughy and even the paper was deteriorating. I asked for both of my sandwiches toasted which neither one of them was warm whatsoever. It seems like my sandwich had sat out for hours. It was so gross I ended up giving it to my dog. Worst experience I’ve ever had with subway. Definitely would not recommend curbside if you want to “eat fresh”.
