Aš a drive through it was good. Friendly service, but I made a mistake and went inside. No music, uninviting sitting place, and lady at the counter did not know what is on a meniu behind her. Simple thing as a plain coffee - is unknown for this brand. Only americano or Late or such... But just coffee - nope too difficult. But the food that I got here even thou it was premade, good. And actual healthy choice available (not everything).

I had to make this review, Izzy was wonderful today. We were tired, traveling from NM to Houston and she was super nice at receiving our order. She made our drinks and put everything neat without messing up our order. This girl has the best customer service out of all the Starbucks I have visited!!!

Staff was super friendly this morning, but my drink was inedible.
I ordered the Honey Almond milk flat white. Tasted like recycled espresso. And there was grounds in my drink. It was really, really bad. I usually make my own coffee but wanted something extra tasty today. Should've just made my own latte ):

The employees were AWESOME!! Their smiling faces and kind voices were ALL so welcoming! As you see in my pics, they sweetly went the extra mile to make CERTAIN I LOVED my drink; which I did!! :) I enjoyed visiting there even more :)

The worst service. Ordered ahead for drive through pick up. The line was abysmally slow. By the time I get to the window i see my order plus 5-6 others sitting but nobody is serving the window. Plenty of people grabbing things from quick Dow area and mixing green drinks but mine bother to open the window to give me my order. By the time I get it, my coffee is lukewarm and sandwich not very warm wither

I gave 3 stars because the coffee tastes good. But I bought a venti latte with no foam and got half of the cup filled with coffee, and the other half was foam. I pretty much paid for a venti, and got a tall....grande at best.

Man this is the place for strong coffee and more! Even just driving thu the window they treat you like family amd friends and their product is OFFICIAL! I love my venti americano!! HAPPY 4TH STARBUCKS
