Fun Hamburger & Chicken Sandwich place. It was very rustic/ western in decor, yet it was comfortable! Great burgers! Double 1/2 Pound down to a 1/5 Pound, Veggie Burgers, Chicken Sandwiches all grilled to order! Sides include Beer Batter O Rings, Mushrooms, Zucchini, and French Fries. FRESH CONDIMENT BAR for the Sandwiches! Great Food... Perfect College Joint!

It's exactly what they say it is - excellent burgers and apps in kind of a dive setting. The ordering process is a little confusing for first timers but they help you through it. Everything is cooked fresh while you wait, and the wait it worth it. Everything was delicious with just the right amount of smoke flavor. I'd definitely go again the next time I'm up here!

Easily one of the BEST burgers money can buy - a must try! These burgers are unique and charbroiled to perfection. The line ups are worth the wait, the prices are super fair and the food is amazing. You get to enjoy endless toppings and cheap, cold beer on tap. It’s an old school BBQ spot worth visiting. Can’t wait to get back here!

Chuckbox is the move if you want a good burger and sides. They offer a large variety of food. Keep in mind it is cash only but they have an ATM if needed. Glad they survived the pandemic and are still going strong. The wait can be long so be prepared for that. Pro tip: you can skip the line if you phone in a to-go order and pick up usually within ten minutes or so (especially during the lunch or dinner rush). Overall, a Tempe favorite and worth it!

This is a great burger! Straight forward burger cooked on mesquite with nice char marks (without being burnt). You stand in a line and basically tell your order to the person there, they stick toothpicks in the bun so the guy cooking knows what to make and when you get up to the front of the line you pickup your food. We got two little ones and one big one along with a side of beer battered zucchini. The fun thing about getting a big one is that when you get up to get your food and the person says “you got a big one?” You can confidently say “Yes. Yes I do.” There’s a condiment bar to add all your toppings. We all thoroughly enjoyed our burgers, they’re really a step above anywhere I can think of. The beer battered zucchini was excellent as well. I got a 16 oz beer as well which was good. Overall an amazing burger that somehow doesn’t sit heavy in your stomach.

This is how a hamburger should taste. I think it might be my favorite burger place. Wood coals, perfect amount of char, flavorful, and simple-no crazy frills. Just good simple, BIG burgers. Will definitely keep going back! Too bad it's in Arizona ... I live on the East Coast and will have to keep visiting to enjoy this place. 👍🏾
