Wendi’s Donuts

If I could give zero stars I would walked in the place and it looked closed boxes everywhere and the were lights off some guy was at the counter watching some show and the lady that helped me looked like she rolled out of bed and they barely had any donuts and no bagels when there was a sign that said donuts and bagels what a joke never going back. Also the donuts sucked and I dont feel very good someone should shut this place down. Keep in mind I've never been the type to write a review thats how bad this place was.

Horrible service. I bought my daughter a raspberry filled donut, got home and realized there was no filling in the donut. I took a picture of it and went back to the donut shop to get another one. The lady owner would not give me a replacement because my daughter ate the donut. I told the lady you can’t tell if there’s no filling in it unless you eat half of it. She said I should have brought back the uneaten half, even though I showed her a picture. What was she going to do with the uneated half? Idiot lady charged me for a new donut. First of all, they screwed up by not filling the donut. Now she wanted to charge me for a new one as if I’m at fault somehow. As if I’m trying to get over on her. She has no clue about customer service. Instead of giving me a donut free which probably cost less than a nickel to make, now she’s lost my business forever and that nickel will cost her hundreds of dollars of my future business over time. Do not go there. They care zero about you. They only care about money. Idiots!!

I tend to make up my own mind regardless of bad reviews. But the negative reviews of this place are pretty spot-on. The lady seemed angry I was even in there. Barely any donuts to select from. More selection at a 7-Eleven. Instead of putting the donuts in a box, she put all 12 two at a time in a bag then threw them on the counter. six individual bags of donuts. I asked if she could put them in a box, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Won't be going back.

Horrible experience. When I showed up it took 10 minutes for someone to come out from the back to "help" me. After telling the lady what I wanted, she literally looked right at me, turned around, and walked away. She made no attempt to assist me with my order. I walked right out and will never return. The one other time I went there, the donuts weren't even that good. Try the harvest bread company across the parking lot. Their food is awesome.

Two visits in a row, found out of code / spoiled chocolate milks in the refrigerator. Told the owner about this in late January that the milks were spoiled as of Dec / 2019. Gave her one to show her. Instead of thanking me for letting her know, she was irritated at me and grabbed the one milk I used to show her the dates. Returned on Feb. 15th - found the SAME spoiled milks still in the fridge. Told the same woman in charge and let her know that I will never shop at her bakery again. Who knows what other products that they are cooking with that are spoiled.
