7-eleven

It's one of the best 7-11's I have ever been too. The staff, especially the nice lady in the mornings, are very helpful. Fast. And courteous. The store is always clean. I saw one review where the guy was very upset about hot dogs or whatnot. I thought it was a known thing to not buy hot food at convenience stores if you expect quality. But whatevs. I will be stopping here for my lotto and energy drink needs. Elsewhere for food though.

The two employees working one being Taj attempts to steal from customers!! An add showing in store 5 for $5 with app and doesn't want to honor it! Manually puts on $4.95 then tries to add $2.00 tax! That doesn't add up!! Then charges a bag fee of .10 when I didn't get a bag. Yes I called corporate. Franchise or not be aware and watch your receipts.

This 711 store is convenient and always very clean when I visit. There is an employee by the name of Prashant, who makes this establishment even greater with his amazing customer service. He is very kind and attentive to all his customers. I will be definitely be back when visiting the nearby casino. I also highly recommend trying the coffee, it is always perfect!

I went in to use the ATM and when I asked where it was because there was nothing telling you, the older man (only man there)with a mouth full of food tells and points me to where it is, I place my card in the machine and it froze, so I then went and got 2 drinks came up to the counter where the same man was and still stuffing his face rings me up gives me my receipt, I then tell him thank you, have a good day,and that the ATM machine isn't working, he looks at me then towards the ATM machine and says oh well, I then told him, I thought I would just let you know, and then walked out the door

Aprox. 7:30 a.m. 8/27/2018. If I can give this place a 0 * I would. The person behind the counter talked down to me in a condescending way, when I told him that I didn't appreciate him putting his dirty blue gloves Inside the Box for a hot dog I was purchasing. He got really mad and said he never touched my food. ( he used tongs). What he actually did was... reach into the bun bag with his dirty blue gloves that he's been wearing for who-knows-how-long, and pull out a bun. Then grabbed the hot dog box with that same dirty glove, putting his fingers on the inside of the box. Then dropped the bun inside the box ( below counter level ) then he finally used the tongs to drop the hot dog in the bun. I don't consider myself a germaphobe, but is it just me?? or do you see the problem in what I wrote above?. He didn't.... So when I refused the hot dog and ask for another one, He said I was trying to get another hot dog....lol. Ummm , no..... I don't want that one at all . I never even opened the box. I want you to put on your food handlers throw away gloves and prepare my food the way it's supposed to be prepared. Not with the those dirty blue gloves that you've been wearing probably all day for everything. When I asked him to turn his hands over, so I can see the palms of his blue gloves, he did so. They were ripped and torn and Beyond dirty. It took three times to explain to him . After I carefully and slowly explained to him the points where he actually touched the inside of the Box, the inside of the bun bag, and the bun itself... he finally understood. I asked him "do you have a Riverside County food handlers card". He said yes..... I said, "then you should know better then just do what you just did". He was visibly upset and condescending to me during this whole event. So I asked him for his name. He rushed over to the counter so I can read it off of his name tag. In my opinion, because he don't think what he did was wrong at all and that I'm just being a germaphobe or a weirdo. I couldn't pronounce his name. All I know is the first few letters started out with (Ran). We never really know where we pick up germs from and get our illnesses. I know stuff like this has something to do with it. A person, (like this man)is fully trained, takes a test to get licensed by the county and still does whatever they want. ( WTH.....JUST SAYING)
