Baskin-robbins

I visited the store off of Yenez in Temecula California. I was probably the last customer to visit for the day. The girls behind the counter were not happy to see my husband and I walk in. Understandable I have worked in food service for 10 plus years and it is hard. The young lady DID NOT wash your hands after handling a trash can, dust pan and broom and continually touched her hair and face prior to grabbing my brownie and ice cream with no gloves is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. Knowing the health department standards it is hard to ignore, and this is absolutly disgusting and it was a wasted date night. I should have spoken up before paying but I was in complete shock that this was happening. Please Retrain your employees

Came here for an early morning milkshake. Andrea was very nice and helpful, she even asked if I wanted to sample the flavor of the month. The mint and chip milkshakes are my favorite and Andrea did a great job making them. The store was clean and the overall customer service was great. Only downside was that the POS system malfunctioned during my transaction and completely froze. Luckily we were able to use another register to complete the transaction. I'd definitely come back!

I went here a few weeks ago with my mom, and it was one of the worst experiences I have had. Especially with COVID, I expected the place to be clean, but all the counters were dirty and everything was unsanitary. My mom is elderly and is vulnerable to getting the virus, and after taking her here, I would never do that again in my life. All the workers seemed scared of the owner, Phil. And it feels like a very hostile working environment. I have never been so disappointed in an ice cream store. It is supposed to be fun and friendly, but I was just left disappointed. Just save yourself the trip and go to Cold Stone instead.

I can not stress this enough! DO NOT GO HERE! I have had the absolute worst experience. I went to the togos Baskin Robbins after my sons soccer game to treat the kids. I was served by the owner who I later found out his name was Phil, let me just say he is the absolute rudest man ever. My sandwich was made wrong and they turned the entire situation on me I was completely shocked, but my kids still wanted ice cream. I reluctantly allowed them to get some and again disappointed. I told the manager on that side about how I was disappointed with the togos service and he did nothing to make this experience better the ice cream was soft not to sure why. The customer service was awful but the food even worse. Save your money and go somewhere else.
