Food was good,
dined in, rep not too friendly but maybe over worked, she was attending to both drive-thru & dining in customers.

One of the best burgers around. Large juicy patties with lots of good flavor made when you order. They also have one of those Coke machines that you choose the flavor. Fries are always made to order and HOT..!

I've been to at least a few different Fatburger locations, and most of this review could be the exact same for any/all of them.
The good: several choices of burger size, and toppings. Two different types/sizes of fries. Coke Freestyle machine means hundreds (maybe even thousands) of drink combinations/choices. Very clean restaurant. Quick, efficient, and friendly service.
The bad: I ordered tomato on my burger. They gave me a huge slice of green (completely under ripe) tomato. I took it out and threw it away. The chili, and the burger meat is completely under-seasoned. At least the burger toppings kind of help cover that up on the burger though.

The overweight guy working on the evening of 5/24 with acne was super rude to me and my friends. We had asked for our burgers to be well done and they were almost rare, it was gross. He acted like he didn't even care and didn't bother to apologize. We asked for extra sauce and he seriously gave us a death stare. He should get a new job if he doesn't like flipping burgers...

I used to be a customer...The staff here is the rudest I've seen in a Temecula restaurant. They blast the TV on whatever channel they feel like with no regard to customers. They roll their eyes and look at you like you're the most annoying thing to ever cross their path when you ask for the simplest thing. I only ever see like 1 or 2 other guests here when I've visited, now I know why. I've tried it for lunch and dinner with different staff working and both times were awful. Sloppy food, poor attitudes, and loud TV on random shows.

Fresh hot juicy delicious satisfying Fatburger!! There was a small mix up with my order on my behalf. However the staff fixed my mistake and comped my burger. Excellent service and clean restaurant, friendly staff.

The food is always superb! I believe the same Chef has been on the grill for quite some time, the store manager as well who is extremely helpful and sweet. Its nice to see familiar faces and eat consistent quality :)

Fatburger is a great place to go to satiate the rumbles of the tummy. This location is under new management, but is exactly the same since the grand opening 3 years ago with same great food and service.
Medium Fatburger stacked with "the works" (mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, relish, mustard), pepper jack cheese, bacon, and a fried egg. The relish was the surprising flavor, not normally a topping for a burger. It has a not too sweet and celery seed/salt flavor that works really well. The bacon and egg additions make the burger more like brunch, combining breakfast and lunch into one meal. Rating: 5/5
Medium Fatburger stacked with grilled onions and thousand island instead of mustard. The thousand island adds a creamy element and making the burger seem even juicier. The grilled onions could be a little more flavor forward, maybe adding a little salt when grilling. The relish might have also overpowered the grilled onions. Rating: 4.5/5
Chili Cheese Fries are a great side to share. The chili is stick-to-your-ribs thick and coats the fries rather nicely. The chili has a robust chili powder flavor. It is topped with a good amount of cheese. The Fat Fries (steak fries) act like spoons to scoop up the chili and cheese without too much of a mess. The fries could be fried a little crispier to hold up to the chili. Rating: 4/5

Ray Malik was born to be a restaurateur. He had a family-owned gourmet NY-style pizza chain of stores, before seeing the potential in Fatburger. He took over the franchise in Riverside and turned it into a bustling location. Even before the equipment was in, he hired and trained his Temecula crew in Riverside so they would hit the ground running. On December 12, 2012, Fatburger in Temecula began its soft-opening mode. Like any venture, you always need to work out kinks. Just like when Disneyland first opened on July 17, 1955, nothing is ever perfect. The Temecula location is actually retro-fitted to the space so the flow is a little different, but Ray has this location running like a well-oiled machine for only being open for a month. The crew is really friendly and yells out, “Welcome to Fatburger” as everyone walks through the door, not just the cashier, everyone behind the counter. As I dined and watched for a good hour, it was just amazing. As the lunch crowd came in and the line s
