Here is the side of onion rings they gave us with our burger tonight. When I went back in and politely explained that there wasn't much there, and asked if they could add a bit more, I was informed that that's just the size (5 onion rings) of their side of onion rings (that they charge an extra $1.99 for). The to-go hostess did eventually, very begrudgingly, go and get three more modestly sized onion rings from the kitchen, and informed me AGAIN, that "Just for future reference, that is just the amount the side comes with. We go by count, not weight, and you only get 5. Have a good night!" and started talking to the customer behind me, so I left since apparently the issue was resolved to her satisfaction. I get being busy, but that's not an excuse to be rude to customers when they are unhappy with the tiny side you gave them, that they paid extra for.

So, let's start with the timeline of how things arrived.. party of 3, dine in for dinner..
Seated within minutes...
5 minutes later drink order was placed.
5 minutes later TWO of the 3 drinks arrived.
10 minutes later the 1st of 2 apitizers arrived.. still no 3rd drink arrived.
5 minutes later one of us got their meal. . 3rd drink still hasn't arrived.
moments later, 2nd appetizer arrived.
a few minutes later 2nd guest meal was served, and moments later the 3rd meal... STILL no 3rd drink.
Third meal was prepared INCORRECTLY.. after retrieving the waitress, 3rd drink arrived.. but now he was done with his meal....
5 minutes more before the 3rd meal was corrected.. AFTER 2nd meal was close to consumed. Refill requested.. 2nd meal finished before refill arrived...
our little lady is now eating while everyone else is done..
if you think we're WAITING for a desert...?? NOT A CHANCE..
gonna be a LONG time before I come back...

The food was much better than the Applebee's in Oceanside. I honestly wasn't even going to try it here because of my experience in other cities. This location has given us a much better experience. Everyone was welcoming and prompt. The food was to our liking. The seating area was clean, however the bathroom could have used a cleaning. Overall we had a good experience

The food was excellent my fiance got the steak and I got a salad. Their chicken wings are always excellent. We saw our friends for their 7 year anniversary and they also love it here. The manager was really nice and the waitress Alexa did a great job waiting our table. I highly reccomend!

As we were being directed to a table when I asked/ can we sit at a booth by window. Stuart paused to look/ mind you not busy at all/ there was one window seat being used. Stuart sat us at both in middle of room not next to windows. Ok/ then took about 20 maybe 25 minutes later/ oh after at least 4 waitresses walking by/ it took that long before our waitress showed. Mind you our waitress walked by 2 previous times before. She got our order took another 25 minutes/ no biggy/ however after our meal we asked for the check/ she pulled out the lil iPad looking thing at table. I just don't get it/ no customer service/ no moving with a purpose. It just seems it feels like having emotional teenage foolishness. No good bye / or thank you/ or have a good day.

During the pandemic, this was my go to place. They stayed open late and had great value for exceptional product.
What happened?
Seating was awkward. I was by myself so the hostess wanted to sit me at the bar which was ok but when the bartender finally arrived (after awhile) she seemed to be waiting for me to order a drink. No menu. Had to ask for one.
*I got the 16oz rib eye. I ordered it medium. Not even sure what I got. It was half rare and half well. I'm guessing that they only used half the grill?? If that wasn't bad enough, about one third of the cut was gristle. Quality took a nose dive. I normally don't even mind a little crispy gristle but it was just too much.
No silverware.
Then no salt and pepper.
Had to ask for both.
Mashed potatoes was good and the green beans were good but this shouldn't even be a question. It's just the steak was so bad that the sides were the only thing that saved the meal.
I also ordered a tall space dust beer. I'm thinking this bartender was new because she filled it wrong and left a giant head of foam on top. She was nice but yikes service and quality took a huge double twist 3 quarters flip into a belly flop. It hurt so bad I didn't even want to mention anything while I was there. Was almost embarrassingly bad.
But, I guess if I'm only paying 25 to 30 bucks for a steak and a beer, I shouldn't be complaining. It's just that they were so good for the past year, I guess I got spoiled.
I had to change my 5 star to 2. I can't sacrifice my integrity for what they used to be.

Food and service were great. There are places with better food options, but in comparison to other 🍎 🐝 experiences, I rate this one a 5.
