Authentic and delicious Cantonese food. Wife was born in Guangzhou and really love the food. We order takeout about once a week. An added benefit, they deliver to San Diego on certain days of the week!!! On holidays, they also make special dishes for parties. Our favorites: salt and pepper chicken wings (crispy and yummy), shrimp chow mein, beef chow fun, tender steamed chicken, BBQ pork, roast duck, west lake soup, fresh steamed fish, and black pepper beef.

Extremely slow service with only three tables . Food had no taste. Took a bite out of the king Pao chicken and couldn’t eat the rest . Soup was alright. Food was too bland . I hate to give this kind of review but this place has got to really work a little harder. We want to keep supporting businesses. One of the other tables were not happy at all as it took forever for their soup and egg rolls . I wish them the best and hope they take into account our concerns. Also please refill the salt. We had to ask for chop sticks too.

I had came here last night for dinner and ordered the Beef and Broccoli, and also got the Peppered Pork with Cabbage (I forgot the exact name for it) and it was very filling (we got the dinner for 2 and ate 95% of it). The egg rolls were fresh, hot, and crispy (one of the best egg rolls ever I've had). The rice was good and of course, the Beef and Broccoli was on point and the waitress was friendly and respectful. Overall it was a great dinner and I had a good time. Cheers China Chef.

DINE-IN IS OPEN!!! I am surprised our favorite CRYSTAL CHICKEN (cold ginger chicken) was SOLD OUT!!! China Chef knows this is our signature item every time we stop by. We will need to call ahead next time to make sure one order is reserved for us, hahaha (I should have been "selfish" by not reviewing the delicious CHICKEN on Yelp, lol). Although we did MISS our regular item, China Chef did not fail to deliver our other favorites - the DUCK (roast or Peking are equally scrumptuous), the GARLIC SPICY PORKCHOP, and the WONTON SOUP. All are properly cooked to perfection. We savored the meal and doggy-bagged the leftovers so we can continue to enjoy them this work week. Service is great - they remember their customers and their preferences. Great listeners. Very attentive. Say "hi" to Ken in the kitchen before you leave. If you are new to authentic Chinese cuisine, ask for recommendations. They will definitely give you a pleasing palate experience. If you are familiar, you can ask for off-menu items - if they have the ingredients they can definitely cook it for you. In the meantime, enjoy the current menu items - NOT GREASY at all.

FINALLY Temecula has an authentic Cantonese restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly, speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. We went there hoping to get the usual fare, but asked for their authentic recommendations instead. They did not steer us wrong. We would definitely come back to this place.

Real deal southeastern Chinese, Cantonese dishes. My husband and his entire family, from a village in Guangzhou, love this place. Well-prepared Cantonese dishes. They are great with recommendations, so try something new - ask for recommendations! We visited last night and ordered 4 dishes. Half order of Crystal chicken (one of my favs), beef chow fun, green beans, and we asked for the Eggplant with tofu and they told us it was better with fish - excellent recommendation as this was a delicious, memorable dish. Neighboring table ordered the de-boned chicken. It looked fantastic - I see another reviewer has a photo of it. We will be trying that next time!!

I ordered 2 lunch specials, 1 was honey walnut shrimp and the other was salt and pepper fish filet for around $10 each. Each entrée for dine in comes with an egg roll and a bowl of soup; if you order it to go then the soup is extra. They had hot and sour soup and egg drop soup so I ordered both. Unfortunately I don't have a picture of the egg drop soup since I ate it prior to taking pictures. The food was great however I took off a star due to the service. Initially the guy seemed fine but as time went on I started to notice somethings. There was a white family that walked in who are apparently regulars and they ordered the usual but when it came time to paying the received fortune cookies whereas I did not. I also got a few phone calls during lunch so I stayed and talked but when it came time to filling the Mexican family's water he had no problem whereas I got none even though my table was on his way back to the kitchen. Lastly when I paid my bill I had asked for boxes and rather than bring the boxes with my card he just returned the card so I was forced to ask again. My biggest thing is just treat people how you would want to be treated...
