Subway

Updated 6-1-19 The last time I went in, was when they started doing the Ultimate meatball marinara subs with garlic butter and cheese on the bread. I had coupons, so I was able to get 2 footlongs for about $13, but there was a problem😮👀 I get home, give hubby his sub and started eating mine. About 2-3 bites in, I discovered some hard white plastic in mine.😵😲😷 I took it back and the idiot behind the counter refunds me for a REGULAR 4.99 meatball sub, instead of the Ultimate because he didn't know how to refund when a coupon is used???? I have not been there or any subway since. Btw, they said it was pieces of butter bucket. Apparently another employee had broken the lid on the butter bucket, but they were still serving from it. One day I walked in and had to hear about a guys problems at home while getting my subs made. Another time they ran out of meatballs and said it would be 20 minutes to make more. I know that each location is individually owned and operated, but you can't get me to understand why subs that are normally LESS than $6 for a footlong, would be a $6 sub of the day.

Went to subway to grab lunch for my husband daughter and I. When i ordered i told her i needed 2 wraps and a kids meal. When i checked out i again told her all 3 are meals. One of the wrap meals has a large drink. She charged and i paid. I went to get the kidlet her drink and she said "so it was a kids meal?" I said i told you 3 times it was as she had to ask me what it was when checking me out. Keep in mind they were not busy. She caught an attitude and said well i didnt know that....how do you not know when i said it 3 times...so no chips or drink for me since i had to give it to my daughter since she clearly cant pay attention.

So we ordered online, after seeing a deal on TV about a 2 for 1 deal. Deal is available for online order too, sweet! Well it doesn't work. We move on and we send someone to pick it up. They call us 5 mins before our guy gets there. On the phone, First we mention how to code was being weird. The girl says she doesn't know how to enter in the code, then she says its not available at their location. Ok, ive been there. I've worked for a corporate before. Then she proceeds to tell us they only have 9-grain wheat. We got a person with a heavy wheat allergy here and spent nearly $75.00 on the order. She was not very nice on the phone either and suggested we just cancel our order? after we paid and someone was already there. Great customer service. This is the second time we've eaten at this location and there was a bread issue. Last time, they were out of bread and would be the whole day. They could only offer salads and 3 more wraps.
