First time purchasing from this store. Almost 90 minutes for delivery (5:25pm order on a Wed night). After phoning to find out what was happening the food arrived cold and the order incomplete. The toppings are very thin and the quality low. First and last time for this store. Very hard to find decent, proper pizza anymore.

Used to be awesome with just enough but not too much topping. Since then they've gotten stingy with their toppings. Still OK pizza but we've "defected" to another local pizza place now.

Tried to cancel an online order within 60 seconds of placing it but the store refused. Poor customer service, they said the pizzas were already in the oven. Doubtful.
