I went there twice. Half of the donuts were fresh and half were hard as a rock. It was over a year ago but I stopped going. They said it was fresh but why would half be stale and hard. Coffee/Iced drinks aren't even comparable to Tim Horton's or even Bibby. Not to mention its extremely overpriced for how mediocre it is... Their ice cream is even outrageously priced as well. I think its like $12 for a pint or something like that... Completely unnecessary. Get it together, Dunkin'!!

This was my first time visiting this location. I arrived around 11AM only to be told they had no fruit filled doughnuts FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. That was odd as it was barely 11:00. I called before hand but the number was disconnected. I ended up just settling for Glazed and they weren’t even good. Tasted old. Very disappointed.

This was my 1st time here and the service wasn't to bad. Store is in a small spot so it's kind of hard to see coming down the road. The server was nice but didn't give that welcome vibe to myself and the other customers. Other than that our drinks were good and we got in and got out fast. Would recommend

I just ordered from the app so all the instructions are there for them. My lg ice coffee and 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese. The coffee was good however the bagels weren't toasted in fact they were just pulled from the fridge oh and the did come with cream cheese a half block per bagel shoved in there not spread. I actually had to take them home pull off the cream cheese and toast them. Avoid DD in Taylor it's a longer drive but will be going back to the DD on Dix in Lincoln Park.
