This place absolutely sucks, couldn't give crispy chicken let alone tried to pick m side instead of asking what I wanted, repeatedly kept asking if there was anything else like we couldn't take our time. If I could rate a ZERO I definitely would! Lady must have heard me complaining through the speakers because we I got my food box it was all thrown in there to the point I went to pick up the box and the food started to fall out.

I went to this location to pick up dinner. I decided on the 10 piece meal for $30.00. Well I guess I should have looked in every bag before leaving the drive thru. I ordered original recipe because I hat extra crispy. Thd meal consists of 10 pieces of chicken, 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, cole slaw 4 biscuits, 6 chocolate chip cookies and a big jug of soda. When I got home the chicken was extra crispy there was no gravy and no cookies. I can see making one mistake but 3, really? I will never, ever go back to this location and I will be contacting corporate!

It’s been awhile since I’ve been here, decided to give them another try. They’re actually worse. Ordered an 8 piece meal. Got 6 pieces instead of 8, 2 small sides instead of large, 2 biscuits instead of 4. How do you mess up every component of a meal? The only thing worse than the errors was speaking to the rude and ignorant manager Tina. I was first hung up on by her then had to ask her 6 times before she finally gave me her name. If you’re going to hire rude and ignorant people in positions of management, you can’t be surprised at all the negative reviews.

As a usual KFC customer I was very shocked at the service that we received today. So the location on the street is a little hard to get to. As soon as we walked in we were kicked out at 9:13 and told that they were closed except the drive through was open. So we proceed through the drive through which was a bad decision due to the fact we were waiting in the line for 47 minutes. During that time 5 cars got tired of the wait and just left causing the line to shorten. There were 4 workers in the back and the one that kicked us out was cleaning the lobby area. At one point while waiting in line 1 of the workers walked to McDonald's next door grabbed food and came back. While we were ordering food the lady was rude and when we came to window another lady was rude as well. So that was the wording part and the food wasnt up to par. The Mac and cheese was amazing like always. The chicken bowl was okay but the burger was burnt and really hard. The 5 dollar fill up the biscuit and cookie on the inside were smashed as well as the forgotten potato wedges were never placed in our bag. Again I'm a usual customer and my needs are usually filled but this time all around the service was awful. Needs worked on badly. We are calling tomorrow the number on the receipt.
