I went there today and got a sub with the herb and cheese bread and it was really good. The bread was very fresh. The turkey and pepper jack cheese were good too and the veggies were fresh. They made the sub perfectly and employees were very nice. I love that they have a drive thru.

The service here is great, they go out of their way to help you. I needed 3 subs to take to work for the following day and needed to have all the toppings on the side, they actually arranged all the toppings in a large take out bowl just perfectly. They are located on telegraph ...side street wick.

This subway is good but.
There is employee African American i think he is new.
After 8 o clock there is drive-thru asked for 2 sub and i was saying let me tell you how to make it but he was not listening me when he done he said to me come to the window and he gave me 2 sub even not the sub just 2 bread little bit stuff inside. So i recommend when you go to the same place first aske who you are then place your order.

I was there earlier today to order 1 Spicy Italian footlong and a Chicken Bacon Ranch foot long combo. I asked them to please put the dressing on the side so the sandwich would not get soggy since I was 15 minutes from home. On my way home I had to turn around because they forgot to give me the dressing for the CBR. Went back got home as when we sat down to eat what we thought was our Sprite it turned out to be club soda because obviously the Sprite was out. When I called and spoke to the manager he offered to replace the drink I asked him to replace the drink and some chips he said no. He then said he would only replace the drink I told him at that point he can just keep the drink they clearly needed it more than me. He could have replaced the drink and given us a $3.00 credit for the inconvenience something as a gesture of good faith. With the price of Gas it's not worth it for me to drive 30 minutes to get a replacement Sprite. I wouldn't recommend eating here and if you do you might want to have them check the soda machine before they serve you. This is why I don't like ordering from Franchises!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, I am disappointed with the customer service at this location in taylor. We went through the drive thru last night and we were very polite and patient even though there was NOBODY in the drive thru. The girl working the night shift is was laughing and mocking me over the speaker. I explained to the manager how I felt that was very rude. The girl was hiding in the back and refused to apologize to us and was laughing about the whole situation. The manager refused to have her apologize or give her name when I wanted to press a complaint. Do not go here if you expect customer service at all

Dirty inside!!! Chunky girl with glasses was rude. I'll NEVER go back there again. Drive through is slow and You can hear people complaining and leaving. Close this place down or get it together Subway.

I ordered a BLT and they did not give me the lettuce and tomato. The guy said “You have to customize only.” which made no sense since I specifically ordered bacon lettuce and tomato with some add ons. He then said “I get this call all the time.” Never coming here again.

Love this place staff always friendly they never ignore people when they walk in good food always looks fresh the best subway I have been to hands down
