The employees seem to only be concerned about how fast they can clear an order in the drive thru, not about being courteous to their drive thru customers or the satisfaction of their customers. If they hate their job so much, then maybe they should find another job so they don't keep making their customers miserable and not wanting to come back.

I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up, it had just gone through and she told me to "loop back around" cause they're on a timer. You can't loop around the building so I asked her where she wanted me to park and she couldn't even give me a straight answer. She ended up telling me to park on the other side of the bushes which is a shared 'driveway' with Honey Dew where cars are coming and going. Also, there were no other cars in line...so dumb.

Friendly staff good service but the cold brew is always sooooo weak it tastes like water. I have had cold brew at bunch of other dunkin locations and its much stronger. I hate paying 4.50 for coffee and i just end up throwing it away.

Young girl at the window is rude and miserable way too early in the morning. I’ve waitressed for many years, fake it. I tried to calmly talk to her about it and she told me I was rude for simply repeating my order after she repeated it because I thought she said it wrong. How am I rude for that?! So she turned her back on me and said yeah ok. No one apologizes anymore and everyone’s angry

Front door is usually locked around busy hours. Only way to get service is to go through the drive thru which is usually backed up. Honey dews is right next door with better service.

This DD has the BEST coffee of all the DD's I've been to and I've been to quite a few up and down New England. Although you can go inside, no bathroom is opened because of Covid. The munchkins are SOOOOOO good this time of year because the pumpkin flavor munchkins are back. Good job guys with the coffee. Thank you so much for keeping up with the coffee deprive public. You rock!

There’s a reason I never go to this dunks. Sat at the window for 10 minutes only bc I had already paid, otherwise I would’ve just left. The woman at the window finally gives me my first drink and I had to tell her she forgot my other one. Once I got that one it was still wrong.
