I am very upset with this location and not because of the quality of sandwiches (those were fantastic). These are the issues I have #1 the prices on the board were NOT the prices they were charging (ILLEGAL) the poor cashier said I can't do anything about it.
#2 I had a coupon code for $5.99 foot longs that he couldn't/wouldn't use. Again with I don't know how if it doesn't have a QR code can't use it. No one was there but one person who didn't know how to do anything (except make AMAZING subs)

Love it, Madison is the best sandwich maker I have ever had. Very friendly and polite, I will return.

Ordered at 7:35 and I was told it would be ready at 7:55. I walked in reedy to pick up and they hadn't even started. It would have been great to know I would be waiting. The point was to walk in and pick up.

Everything was fresh looking in the case. Unlike some others, where you see brown lettuce. Made with care.

Ordering online was easy!
Even with the location only having one other customer in the store they still hadn’t even started on my order 5-10 minutes after the completion time given.
They played it off as if I came in far too early, but I actually came in a few minutes later than the time given. I was outside in the car waiting (which is how I saw the one customer)
On top of that, ordering in the store would be a headache because the music and fans are on high and they talk very quietly and have trouble understanding orders.
I’ll probably just drive up to the next Subway next time!

The lady working had a large uber eats order, so it too a bit longer, but, she was very nice and reassured me she'll be with me shortly.. The sandwich was great..

The service was horrible. The employee was on the phone, supposedly with her manager and another CO worker. I was standing there for 5 minutes before she came in and attempted to serve me. So very unprofessional. I will never go to that particular Subway again!
