Thumbs down they always have people asking for money inside and outside the shop. and garbage rotting on the ground all around the pumps no spot to lock bicycle and I try to buy beers but the cabinet is locked, a worker who has limited English will only say the have no key. We should continue to work our way up management and continue to encourage them to close shop until the homeless encampment behind is relocated .

Went to store during a snow storm. I ordered coffee, two 7 eleven drinks, and a black and mild wood tip sweet. I walked out the store realizing the cashier gave me a plastic jazz cigar. I hadn't made it to my car and reported that I received the wrong merchandise and the cashier refused to swap it out... He was very rude. Called 7-11 customer support..!! I will never go back there again..!! Cahier also made me wait while he finished mopping before serving me as well..!

I used to love coming to this store but within the past couple of months customer service at this store has become horrible especially at night. I don’t know where Jeet(previous night cashier)is but he needs to come back. Your daytime cashier Kathy is great and always makes me feel welcome. There is new cashier that I believe his name is Jon. He does not like his job and it shows. He most definitely does not respect customers. I typically don’t have problems at a store and try to complete my transaction and be on my way. My first negative interaction with him was when on a visit I asked for a bag. I used an EBT card to complete this purchase and as he reached for a bag he stated “You have to take one of the cheap ones”. As he stuffed everything into one bag it ripped. He saw this and got very upset that I asked for another. I spoke to management but they seem unconcerned and dismissive. They are new themselves because I have only been seeing them the past year or so. I see the previous management around occasionally. Everything was ok with our interactions going forward until last night even though I have witnessed him handle other customers harshly. It’s been maybe over a 1 month since our first negative interaction. He scanned my items as not wanted to touch them and knock over my Diet Pepsi which bounced and rolled around the counter. He did not offer for me to exchange it at all. I completed the purchase and let him know that I was leaving the bottle and grabbing another one. On my way out there was an obvious look of disgust and mumble under his breath. On my way home I stopped to grab gas. He ran my bill through a machine ok cool due diligence and all even though I frequent the store but he rushes through the transaction purposefully and intently as I waited for the rewards screen to appear so that I could type my number in only for to him say “oh its too late it already went through” Through my experiences with this cashier I have never felt so unwelcome at this establishment. I have been visiting this 7/11 regularly since 2011.

Everytime I walk into this place I can't help but feel a dirty look of suspicion and almost resentment or hate from the people who I presume own this franchise. Easily my least favorite station to visit. Customer service especially at night needs to step it up.

Had a bit of a rush going on when I went to use the ATM inside store. But was thirsty so I waited in a line of about 8 people and 1 cashier. No problem as the cashier rang us up quickly and we went home with our items

Catherine Is the worse. I am currently getting in touch with corporate, General manager,and the store director to make sure she doesn't treat anybody else so poorly again. She should be grateful she's working during a pandemic. I am not going to stop until she gets fired and never works a day in her life again. Shout out to Shawn, he's the reason for all these 5 star reviews!

I locked my keys and my phone in my car and the male cashier was really helpful with calling my parents. Customer service 11/10 not to mention a customer helping me open my door.

The female cashier (white female) greeted everyone but me. She asked the lady ahead of me if she wanted a bag. Once it was my turn she didn't ask me. When I asked if I could get a bag, she answered "YEP" very unprofessional. Once we were done I told her to have a great weekend, she didn't respond. As I'm walking out, she tells the next customer to have a great weekend. They won't get my money again.
