Love this Starbucks! White Mocha all day, they never fail to bring a smile to my face. Everyone is very friendly. Dawn is always so happy and keeps the place clean!

Our office has been going to this location for a few years, they have new staff and they are awful! I have given them multiple chances, we are done with them!!! Can't get orders right, rude when you try to tell them they got the coffee wrong. Very sad how customer service has taken a dive at this location!

So usually this place is great been coming here for years. Today Was not the same the barista who checked us out Zoella was so rude and rushed the whole time THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND US. I wouldn't recommend putting Zoella on register ever again she was also rude to fellow employees and other customers refused to help when they got slammed with drinks. Will always come back just fair warning ⚠️

Very bucky in University Place. Near the Fircrest Country Club and patronized by mostly country players. Good service. Friendly and accurate order takers. Great spellers.

This is my favorite Starbucks. I have noticed big changes the last 4 or 5 months. The baristas are pleasant, the coffee great, and overall more businesslike and great customer service!

2nd time in..staff just doesn't care...the gal in the back is screaming about the drive thru wait line.. how they're ahead of ##s .what about the folks that walked in.then my card didn't scan and the girl is holding my drink back like I'm a criminal...you need to SCAN!!! MUST BE A DRIVE THRU ONLY.....NOT!!!
