Pizza King

the pizza looked great online so we decided to try it. we got home and discovered the meat pizza had no cheese on it & there were very little toppings on all the pizzas. the pepperoni pizza just had tiny chunks of pepperoni & we found a hair in it. & the pizza is extremely overpriced, save yourself some money & get a frozen pizza from walmart.

I drove over a half hour to get what is usually the favorite pizza I can get in Indiana.... but I don't know if they have some new workers or what.... but the last run be I was there a month or so ago it was great.... but this time I paid 30 dollars for a pizza that was very skimpy on toppings and.... was not was just barely cooked...I mean -- I want my crusts golden brown - NOT white and bland 🤮

Our pizzas were ok, I guess that's a plus. But: I have a medical diet restriction, I explained clearly and to make it as simple as I could, I asked for a sandwich without the bun consisting of ham, bacon, onions and peppers and no cheese. I recieved less than a handful of bacon crumbles, with peppers. No onions or ham. Was charged full price, and was unable to return as it was closing time when I picked up my carryout. I understand it's not a typical order, but ham, bacon, onions and peppers shouldn't have been hard. A sandwich without bread, and I got only half of the 4 ingredients I asked for. For the full price of a sandwich. Disappointing.

I had a terrible experience with the Syracuse IN location. I placed an order via phone for delivery and provided my address. Was told 1hr 15minutes for delivery. when an 1 1/2 hr passed i called and they stated driver was out for delivery. 2 hours passed i called again and was told my pizza was put in as a pick up and now cold on the rack. I was refunded however it was terrible customer service and was hung up on in the meantime.

Bad service breadsticks were hard ordered x cheese theres no way crust was day old so the pizza WAS NOT PIZZA KING QUALITY ! Window LEDGES had dead bugs(flys) by the end of out 50.00 meal the waitress had personal issues and was crying. .I have been coming here for15 years so I know I've ate at pizza kings all over this store will close if they dont do something.

Let’s be honest, Syracuse isn’t a 5 star place, nor would I want it to be. I’ve been coming here 30+ years and every visit reminds me that an incredible family night needs only a tasty pizza, cheese in every nook and cranny, friendly service and a loving, grounded family waiting at home to devour it. PS, the “no dough” is a super option for Celiacs #celiac #gluten-free

Placed a phone order at 510 pm, I was told 30 min, got there, paid, I was told they were just coming out of the oven, tipped them $10, waited 20 more min in the lobby for a simple order. No explanation, no apologies. No one could tell me what was going on with my order. Other orders were going out the door. I understand mistakes happen but thats when they just needed to own up to it. When my order was ready they sat it on the counter and walked away. I picked up my pizza and it was cold on the bottom. Poor poor customer service! Sad, pizza was fine
