Corelife Eatery

I had a list of restaurants to try during my business trip to Syracuse and I keep finding myself coming to Corelife Eatery and skipping my list of stops. It's just hard to resist.. They serve the way I like to eat. So far I've tried the following: Tuna Fire Bowl, Greek chicken quinoa, Steak, bacon & blue cheese ( swapped the bacon for avocados). Southwest Chicken, Sides: chicken broth, beef broth, Brussel sprouts, and sweet potatoes. The Tuna bowl is still tops for me, I plan on getting it again before I leave. The Greek Chicken comes in second, this one hit the spot, so fresh and tasty, loved the hummus & dressing. The steak, bacon & blue takes the third spot, the salad with the dressing was Devine, the steak was good quality, but I would've liked it more if the steak was hotter and done medium rare. Had high expectations for The southwest chicken, but I was not crazy about the flavor profile, it was just ok. As far as the sides. All have been outstanding, I was impressed with the chicken broth, it was so good, caught me by surprise, I can see myself ordering it during regularly during the winter months. Beef was good also. Think I prefer the chicken though. As far as the fountain drinks go. My favorites are the fig & vanilla, mandarin cardamon, and berry patch, in that order. Corelife reminds me of a restaurant I used to frequently visit in Tampa called Fresh Kitchen. Both have a similar concept, healthy, fresh, and delicious.

My favorite fast food restaurant of all time. The employees are super nice and the place is always clean. Only gripe I have with them (the company) is that the chicken portions are a joke. A regular bowl gets legit 5 pieces of chicken, (maybe 2 ounces?) and double chicken is still less than a single portion of chicken at chipotle. It’s not this particular store’s fault but the company as a whole. Please for the love of god increase the sizes of your chicken portions, I’d visit twice as often if there were larger protein portions.

I ordered a Spicy Thai Chicken & Rice Noodle and a Southwest Grilled Chicken & Purple Rice. Glad I was paying attention because they were making two of the SW bowls. I told them and it was like they didn't believe I'd ordered two different bowls and kept checking the order slips. And there was eye-rolling. Pay attention people! I was the only person in the line, so it wasn't like it was so busy they got confused. After that it seemed like they were aggravated with me and the bowls weren't quite as hefty as usual. Otherwise, the food was excellent.

Went here for the first time, and wow! Had the steak bowl and it was fantastic. The steak pieces tasted just as good as a steak at a steak house. It was my first time, and the woman making the mix was very patient with me, went over everything. Ingredients are top notch and full of flavor. I liked it so much I signed up for the app, and this will now be a regular lunch spot since it's minutes from work. I also tried the chicken chili since I've never had chicken chili! It was amazing, with just a shot of zest. I cant wait to go back and try other things on the menu, and the fact that you can customize nearly everything is pretty cool. CoreLife, you got yourself a new customer!

I didn’t get a good picture (burrito fell apart) but OH MY GOD this was such a delicious wrap! Really appreciated having the broth in a separate cup as well because I drank the whole dang thing. Service was speedy, employees were friendly, and it was a quiet and clean establishment! Only thing is the bathroom needed cleaning. But I was so happy with this meal! (Forgot what I ordered lol but it was something with chicken broth)
