Service always quick and friendly. Food is always fresh and hot and is one of the best value for money out there in terms of fast food. Burgers are big and better than any other fast food out there. Facilities are clean and staff very friendly.

Used to go drive-thru often here. Food was always reliable and service was quick. Never had a problem.
It's HJ's so don't expect Michelin Stars, but the value for money is always amazing.

I'm not one to try new things but I looked at the picture of the spicy chicken burger an bought it. When I came him he to eat it, the burger had 3 pieces lettuce unlike the picture. I didn't take a photo as I wasn't going to post but I am just disappointed enough to write this review. Disappointed customer.

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!
I paid $150 for food and they gave me 3 burgers and then tried to tell me that they gave me the food via drive through when they didn't.
The people there are embarrassing to say the least. Their parents should have disciplined them properly as children. Absolute disgrace to the human race

My wife and I went to Hungry Jacks Sylvania on Sunday 26th June and ate in. My wife used the bathroom and it was disgusting. It was clogged with paper and wouldn't flush and there was no toilet paper. One tap wouldn't turn on and the floor needed a good scrub. The play equipment was filthy with food and drink smeared on most of it. The tables were so dirty and the tiles littered with empty wrappers and cigarette butts. The bins were full to the brim. I will not be going back in the near future.

The Vegie burgers are great but huge!
Coffee could be a stronger blend but its much better than Macdonalds
Please get better coffee it is weak and I shouldn't have to pay 80cents for an extra shot!

Had a good experience in here always so far. Customer service is good as well. We often go there for breakfast and lunch .
