Pizza Hut Chullora

I liked Jalapenos cheese bites that I had ordered.The girl at the counter was polite,place is clean but she kept telling me it won't be long but it still took 15 mins, that's the only thing I didn't like,if they could specify how much time it might take I could have done other shopping during that time instead of standing there.

I’ve ordered from this place twice. Both times, they were half an hour late for delivery, with zero apology and dull service. Half an hour in addition to the original half hour!!). Tracking doesn’t work either. Also, the pizza is never cut properly and boxes were damaged. Do yourselves a favour and order from Chester hill instead :)

I came to this shop order pizza and been told they only take online order, very weird, while other stores like Hungry Jack, KFC or Mc Donald in Sydney never did like that. I also witnessed another Australian lady customer was really upset with them about customer service. She couldn't buy anything, because one of the guy work there did not understand her, I think he from India international student. When she walked out I heard she said "this people are not friendly and did not understand what the hell what I'm trying to say".

We have ordered pizza on several occasions at Chullora Pizza Hut and also liked them. Last night we ordered 3 pizzas cause the kids were home and they were disgusting. The bases were dry and it. Looked like frozen pizza in a box the cheese was hard and dry. 30 later the pizza was stiff as a rock. I want a call from a manager to discuss this !!!!!!!!. If I could take away that one star I would. Below zero service 😡
