Movenpick

Movenpick ice-cream is most certainly some of the most delicious ice-cream I have tasted. We found the service here to be lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our sundaes. The only real complaint we could make about the menu, and the only reason I am giving it 4 stars is the huge contrast in size between the dine in and takeaway sundae. For future reference - takeaway sundae for the win!

Friendly staff but really bad taste. Especially when you just had Messina with the same flavours - mango was not real mango instead it's made of mango flavour and same for the chocolate - it was chocolate sauce... Changing to 3 stars I lost my stuff there and they kept it safe and returned to me. But the taste was not good ...

Usually my go too dessert place, but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. We ordered a Affogato and sat in, 2mins later, we decided to order more ice cream. 3 scoops. The girl without asking scoops it into 3 takeaway cups, and charges $17.95. But in the menu 3 scoops is $9.95. After asking why we was charged that, she said we charge each scoop in each cup, and cup charge, I guess. We didn’t ask for takeaway cups, we just wanted 3 scoops of ice cream, but if you have one bowl or plate of ice cream with 3 scoops it’s $9.95. Well good to know. We was dinning in and she serves us takeaway cups... teach your staff to ask questions and know who’s dinning in and who’s taking away.. Really not happy with being ripped off like that..
