One Asian lady is so helpful and smile like angel! My mocha was a bit too much and got on the saucer, she helped me change it immediately! I love her smile as well ☺️

Always like coming in for a coffee before getting the children from school. Nice atmosphere, staff are quick and polite. Only slight complaint is how much the prices have risen recently. But that's everywhere really not exclusive to cafe nero.

Excellent Café. Ordered a coffee and a chocolate muffin and got it basically instantly. Muffin was amazing but a napkin would’ve been nice since it made such a mess haha. Coffee was good and theres a large assortment of food. Tables were clean, there is air conditioning inside since its warm, and it wasn’t busy. Definitely recommend to everyone!

Nice large coffee shop with lots of inside seating options, variety of differenf types of chairs with lots of outside seating too that has a canopy overhead to protect customers from rainfall and also looks on to the high street. It seemed there were lots of fresh food items available, the coffee was delicious and there was no queue. Even whilst I was sitting having my drink and snack I kept looking up at the counter and there wasn't ever much of a queue. The staff seemed efficient and friendly and helped me with some suggestions on drink choices when I first arrived and was deciding what to have.

Very friendly staff. Long queues but staff are efficient. Lots of dust on the lamps which are situated directly over the bakery section.
Lots of dirt around the entrance. I can see both barristers are busy serving customers, so why is @Cafe Nero not hiring a third person even on a part time basis to maintain the standards on the floor?
🤦🏾♀️ Cleanliness is an issue. Sort it out to increase trust. A clean person is likely going to be clean and true to you. A business is no different.
